The Powerful Black One, dark blue-black with three faces and six arms, the first two hands holding a vajra, conch shell, and blood, the right hand holding the skull cup of eight gods, the left hand holding the skull cup of eight nagas, embracing the five elemental mothers in indivisibility, the mantra lord, the arrogant one, and his retinue, by bestowing empowerment upon this fortunate one, may they vanquish the enemies and obstacles of the teachings! Sarva Dustan Eja Bhyo! (Tibetan: སརྦ་དུཥྚཱན་ཨེ་ཛ་བྷྱོ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: सर्वे दुष्टानां एज भ्यो, Sanskrit Romanization: sarve duṣṭānāṃ eja bhyo, Literal Chinese meaning: All evil ones, drive away!) Sarva Samaya Abhishinca Ah! (Tibetan: སརྦ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: सर्व समय अभिषिञ्च आ, Sanskrit Romanization: sarva samaya abhiṣiñca ā, Literal Chinese meaning: All vows, empower Ah!) Placing the black and white garudas on the right and left arms, Hum! (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum!) The Naga-subduing Garuda, with black and white body colors in two forms, devouring poison with a vajra beak, wings of swords, claws of iron hooks, together with the five-family emanation garudas, by bestowing empowerment upon this fortunate one, may all poisons be subdued! Trom Garuda Hum Phet Sarva Samaya Abhishinca Ah! (Tibetan: ཁྲོཾ་ག་རུ་ཎ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་སརྦ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: त्रों गरुड हुं फट् सर्व समय अभिषिञ्च आ, Sanskrit Romanization: troṃ garuḍa huṃ phaṭ sarva samaya abhiṣiñca ā, Literal Chinese meaning: Trom Garuda Hum Phet All vows, empower Ah!) Thus, as the deities dissolve into their respective places, whatever form of the nine-fold stages of accomplishment subdues, one obtains the power to wield such unimpeded appearances and emptiness like the dance of the moon in water. From the heart of the Guru Great Bliss Heruka, the garlands of mantras, accompanied by sound, radiate light, dissolving into the seed syllables in your hearts, have faith and recite these mantras. Recite the peaceful and wrathful mantras three times each. By all aspects of the speech secret mantra of the Great Bliss One, one gains power over all activities of approach, accomplishment, and action, and obtains the power to wield them like an echo in a hollow rock. These are the inner empowerments. Thus, in the outer symbolic mandala, one receives the vase empowerment. The impurities of the body are cleansed, one realizes phenomena as emptiness, one is empowered to cultivate the generation stage of the path, the ability below the path of union is placed in the continuum, and one becomes a fortunate one to obtain the result, the vajra body, the emanation body. Second, regarding the secret empowerment, visualize as follows: The sound of bliss and light from the union of the Guru Heruka father and mother invite all the Tathagatas. Entering from the crown of the head, the fire of great desire melts into bodhicitta, taken from the secret space, together with the kapala of the skull cup, placed on the tongue. Hum! The Guru deity assembly, father and mother, the bodhicitta of non-dual union, by empowering the speech of this fortunate one, may the empowerment of great bliss secret be obtained!
