Accept this offering of the enemies and obstructors' body, speech, and mind. Grant the accomplishment of restoring broken vows, thoughts, and obscurations. By making this offering of the Samaya assembly, Forgive the failure to realize union on the path. I confess and regret not having liberated beings to their proper state. The view is low, and the meaning of Dharma is not realized. Meditation is short, and the face of the Yidam is not seen. Conduct is insignificant, and asceticism is not realized on the path. The results are small and stray into inferiority. I confess and regret before the glorious Yidam. I ask for forgiveness from the assembly of mothers and dakinis. I confess broken vows and fulfill the sacred commitment. Grant the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind, And accomplish the perfection of qualities and activities. Maha Shri Heruka Sarva Siddhi Hum! Having thus completed the fulfillment, offered the Torma and Samaya substances of the assembly, and urged the sacred commitment: Hung Hung! From the mandala equal to the expanse of space, Manifest the assembly of peaceful deities with the body of wisdom, incomparable. Urge the sacred commitment and accomplish the activities of the four actions. Hung! From the boundless mandala of wrathful blood drinkers, Manifest the assembly of glorious wrathful deities with blazing bodies and the radiance of a hundred thousand suns. The sacred commitment of Vajra Wrath has come to pass. For sentient beings tormented by the karma of ignorance, Pour down the stream of pacifying suffering and affliction. Increase the splendor of life, merit, and wisdom. Grant the asceticism of subduing the three realms. Accomplish the fierce activity of destroying enemies and obstructors. Avert great harm, fear, curses, and violence. Pacify sudden temporal disturbances and fearful obstacles. Supreme chief of the twenty-one mandalas, Together with the Yabyum, sons, emanations, and obedient retinues, Without distraction or hesitation, accomplish the entrusted activities. The sacred commitment has come to pass, Samaya! The supplication for the accomplishments of the assembly is: Ho!
