Offering the supreme and unsurpassed feast, radiating the light of the five wisdoms, adorned with the desired qualities of the goddesses, fulfill the vows, grant empowerment and accomplishments. Oṃ nama sarva tathāgatebhyo viśva mukhebhyaḥ sarva thā khaṃ udgate spharaṇa imaṃ gagana khaṃ svāhā. Confession in between: Hūṃ! Ignorant beings, body, speech, and mind, careless violations of vows and minor offenses, to the gurus, yidams, and dakinis, I ask for forgiveness for transgressions against their heart vows. A ho mahā sukha ho, samaya ho. Arranging the final Tsok and Linga, urging the protection of the vows: Hūṃ! Deities self-arisen from the Dharmadhatu, from the great charnel ground where wrathful ones play, showing extremely unbearable and terrifying forms, accomplish the powerful and complete wrathful activities. Hūṃ! The field of subjugation complete with the ten qualities, and those who harm the yogi, all enemies with form and obstacles without form, quickly summon them to this place. Enemies and obstacles, nri tri vajra aṅkuśa jaḥ, vajra pāśa hūṃ, vajra sphoṭa vaṃ, vajra ghaṇḍe hoḥ, vajra praveśaya phaṭ, vajra āveśaya āḥ. Thus, perform the hooking, abiding, separating, and merging intensely. Holding the phurba. Hūṃ! I am the complete Heruka, with hundreds of thousands of sons and emanations, and messengers who abide by the command with great fear, the time has come for the assembly of great and powerful deities.
