凭借究竟秘密之圆满，依于甚深修持之实修，愿能成就战胜魔众之大吉祥身！如是，此乃八教秘密圆满之事业圆满遣除略摄，乃依洛扎东（Lhodrak Shar，地名）之拉卓瓦（Lhatrowa）化身却吉旺波（Chokyi Wangpo）之手稿，由彭顿（Pangton）传承持有者旺秋（Wangchuk）以易于念诵之名编辑，增善妙。其后，略有疏漏之处加以补正，以墨书写毕，为令莲生上师欢喜之眷属钦哲旺波多杰孜吉扎（Khyentse Wangpo Dorje Ziji Tsal）所书。萨瓦萨埵室利黑汝嘎嘉那悉地巴瓦图（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：一切有情吉祥黑汝嘎智慧成就愿）。 八教秘密圆满事业仪轨极简略，钦哲旺波。

Through the complete ultimate secret, relying on the profound practice of meditation and accomplishment, may the great glorious body that triumphs over demons be attained! Thus, this is a concise compilation of the fulfillment and reversal of the activities of the complete secret of the Eight Commands. According to the handwritten notes of Lhatrowa Tulku Chokyi Wangpo of Lhodrak Shar, it was compiled for easy recitation by Wangchuk, the holder of the Pangton lineage, may goodness and excellence increase. Afterwards, the omissions were corrected and written in black ink. Written by Khyentse Wangpo Dorje Ziji Tsal, a servant who pleases the Lotus-Born Guru.
