On the right, eight deities reside in the heart; on the left, eight nāgas are held in the mind. The source of beings, the mother, embraces in non-duality. The mantra lord, together with the arrogant assembly, bestows empowerment upon this fortunate one. Bestow empowerment upon this fortunate one! Kroṃ Vajra Garuṭa Sarva Samaya Abhiṣiñca Āḥ (Tibetan: ཁྲོཾ་བཛྲ་ག་རུ་ཊ་སརྦ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: kroṃ vajra garuṭa sarva samaya abhiṣiñca āḥ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Krom, Vajra, Garuda, All, Vow, Consecrate, Ah)! By the empowerment of the garuda, may you receive the supreme empowerment to subdue all nāgas and evil! Thus, as the deities dissolve into their respective places, one obtains the power to emanate the forms of the nine sādhana sections, and to act out the forms that subdue, without obstruction, like a reflection of the moon in water in the play of emptiness and appearance. Following this, the transmission of recitation is bestowed: Meditate on the deities, recite the mantras, and receive the transmission. Meditate on the accomplishment of all the Sugatas. As it is said, visualize that from the heart of the lama, the great glorious Heruka, strings of mantras with sound and light emanate, dissolving into the seed syllables in your hearts. Recite the general mantra of the peaceful and wrathful deities, the heart mantras of the nine main deities, and the general mantra known as the flaming torch. By all aspects of the secret mantra speech of the great glorious one, one has power over all recitation, accomplishment, activity, and conduct, and one obtains the power to act like an echo in an empty valley. Through these, one receives the vase empowerment in the outer symbolic mandala, the impurities of the body are purified, one realizes the environment as emptiness, one has power over the path of the generation stage, and one places the power of the path of joining and below in the continuum. One is made capable of obtaining the fruition, the vajra body, the nirmāṇakāya. Thus, generate realization. Third, the secret empowerment is bestowed relying on the consort, and there are two aspects to this. First, for the sake of the actual secret empowerment, make this visualization: The sound of bliss and the light of the lama Heruka, father and mother in union, invite all the Tathāgatas, who enter from the crown of the head.

Oṃ Sarva Pañca Amrita Mahā Sukha Abhiṣiñca Āveśaya Ā Ā! After giving this, contemplate it as the essence of the wisdom of all Buddhas combined, and repeat this mantra. Ahaḥ Mahā Sukha! After experiencing this, the nectar of wisdom is as clear as crystal, inseparable from bliss, filling the entire body. Contemplate that the Samadhi of clarity and emptiness, equal to the sky, arises in the mindstream. Thus, in the mandala of the bodies of the Guru father and mother, the secret empowerment is obtained. The impurities of speech are purified. The mind realizes emptiness, clarity, and freedom from expression. One is empowered to meditate on the yoga of the channels and winds of the path. The power of the first Bhumi of the Path of Seeing is placed in the mindstream. One is made capable of attaining the Sambhogakaya, the enjoyment body of speech Vajra, as the fruit. Secondly, the empowerment of wisdom and knowledge: Contemplate placing the left hand of the actual consort who possesses the characteristics, or the image of faith in her, into the right hand of the disciple. Hūṃ! This consort with auspicious characteristics, If relied upon, will generate inseparable bliss, Descend and hold in the four chakra places, May you realize the Dharmata of great bliss! Aho Sukha Bhañja Mokṣa Ho!
