With a gaping mouth, a rolled tongue, sharp fangs bared, the right hand holds a vajra, the left holds a skull cup filled with blood, adorned with glory and the eight charnel ground ornaments, wings of burning feathers and weapons spread wide, possessing the grace of nine dances, proclaiming the sound of Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) and Phaṭ (藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪), flames and garudas emanate, devouring demons and obstacles, twenty wrathful postures, striding with the gait of a giant, supreme deity, great wrathful one, victorious in battle, unbearable splendor, blazing like the fire at the end of time, embodiment of all wrathful deities, I prostrate and praise you, please pacify diseases and slow plagues! The nature of body, the form of an angry Yama, with the radiance of rain clouds, one face, two arms, the right hand holds a sword, the left holds a book, complete with wrathful attire, adorned with the eight charnel ground ornaments, two feet in a striding posture, suppressing male and female enemies and obstructors, I prostrate and praise the form of Black Manjushri, please pacify diseases and slow plagues! Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ! The nature of speech, the form of an angry rakshasa, body color red-black, one face, two arms, the right hand holds a club, the left holds an iron hook, complete with wrathful attire, adorned with the eight charnel ground ornaments, two feet in a striding posture, suppressing male and female enemies and obstructors, I prostrate and praise the form of Hayagriva, king of wrathful deities, please pacify diseases and slow plagues! Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ! The nature of qualities, the form of an angry sage, a dark blue-black garuda, with wings of fire, three wrathful eyes, with vajra beak and claws, with hatred and malice, devouring nagas, adorned with sun, moon, and jewels on the head, collapsing Mount Meru, I prostrate and praise the form of the blazing black garuda, please pacify diseases and slow plagues! Hūṃ! Red garuda, with iron beak and claws, emitting flames, devouring disease-causing spirits as food, shaking its feathers, causing vajra hailstones to fall, collapsing Mount Meru, throwing the sun and moon away, making crackling sounds, causing the hearts of great nagas to tremble, to the form of the great red garuda
