祈请以慈悲钩索摄受我等！我等以能取所取之索缚住！祈请以智慧之剑斩断！上师忿怒颅鬘力！内外秘密之殊胜灌顶！祈请赐予我等！如是祈请三次后，上师作答： 吼！汝等为何人，欲作何事？于此甚深密咒之坛城中，乃具入之福分具业缘者，百条路中偶有一二，能守护密咒誓言否？如是告诫后，弟子思惟欲如法守护根本与支分之誓言，故请复诵此： 奇！我乃具福之子，具足往昔串习之业与福分，根本支分诸誓言，纵为性命亦不舍弃守护！祈请三次。甚深密咒之法，利害甚大，故自今以后，对于上师与本尊，刹那亦莫生邪见与怀疑，务必如是守护所说之誓言次第。为令相续完全清净，故作共同皈依，尤其发菩提心受戒，且须以十支作积净，故请如是发愿。上师金刚忿怒力之坛城，于三宝三根本总集之体性中安住，我等一切有情乃至未获菩提之间，以大恭敬皈依之，如是思惟后复诵此： 纳摩！上师善逝总集身，三宝之自性中，咕噜金刚忿怒力，我等乃至未获菩提间，以三门恭敬而皈依！三次。为遍布虚空之六道有情之义利，我等进入此猛烈坛城后，证得忿怒力之果位，将一切未度化者，度化至原始法界中，如是发菩提心，复诵此： 我以瑜伽自在力，成就金刚忿怒力后，以应机调伏之事业，成办他利而发心！三次。于彼等殊胜特别之处所前，忆念积净增三之精华，十支之义，复诵此： 吽！金刚忿怒之天众降临！傲慢八部安住于座！身语意三恭敬顶礼！

Please hold us with the hook of compassion! We are bound by the noose of grasping! Please cut through with the sword of wisdom! Lama Wrathful Skull Garland Power! In this mandala of profound secret mantra, Are you fortunate and karmically connected to enter? Only a few out of a hundred paths, Can you keep the secret mantra vows? After giving this admonition, the disciple thinks of keeping the root and branch vows properly, so please repeat this: Kye! I am a fortunate son, Endowed with past practice, karma, and fortune, The root and branch vows, I will not give up even for my life, I will protect them! Please say this three times. The Dharma of profound secret mantra has great benefits and dangers, so from now on, do not have wrong views or doubts about the lama and yidam deity even for a moment, and you must keep the order of vows as you have said. In order to purify the mind stream completely, take refuge in common, especially generate the mind of enlightenment and take vows, and you must accumulate and purify with the ten limbs, so please make this aspiration. Lama Vajra Wrathful Power's mandala, residing in the essence of the union of the Three Jewels and Three Roots, I and all sentient beings, until we attain enlightenment, with great reverence, take refuge, thinking in this way, repeat this: Namo! Lama, the embodiment of the Sugatas, From the essence of the Three Jewels, Guru Vajra Wrathful Power, Until I attain enlightenment, With three doors, I respectfully take refuge! Three times. For the benefit of the six realms of beings pervading space, I enter this fierce mandala and attain the state of Wrathful Power, liberating all those who have not been liberated into the primordial realm, generating the mind of enlightenment in this way, repeat this: I, with the power of yoga, Having accomplished Vajra Wrathful Power, With the activity of taming beings according to their needs, I generate the mind to care for the welfare of others! Within, offer the offerings of the three secrets of body, speech, and mind. Confess the transgressions and rejoice in them. Request the turning of the fierce Dharma wheel. Do not pass into sorrow, but remain for the benefit of others. Accomplish the fierce activities. Repeat three times. To examine the lineage and fortune, throw flowers. Although the master of all lineages is Vajra Fierce Force, there is no separation or collection. However, in order to temporarily remove the stains of dualistic perception, think about which deity is your share of the life, and wish that this flower will fall on that deity. After reciting the offering words and aspiration prayer, offer the flowers to the mandala. Ho! In this fierce mandala of the Guru, offer the flowers of your own perception. May the deity and I, with whatever karmic connections from the past, be united! Thus, throw the flowers onto the mandala or flower heap. Also, because all lineages are gathered into the nature of Vajra Fierce Force, your secret name is Vajra Lineage Gathering Force, so do not forget it! Open the eyes with the golden needle of skillful means and wisdom, thereby removing the obscuration of ignorance like a cataract. Generate the faith that you will directly meet the assembly of self-aware fierce deities. Ho! I am the king of ophthalmologists. Your cataract of ignorance, open it in the state of awareness and wisdom. Look at the deity of the fierce Guru! Thus, untie the eye cover, open the curtain, and show the mandala. Oh! The fruits of the two accumulations that you have accumulated from countless eons have not been wasted, and now the time has ripened. You will actually see the assembly of deities of the fierce Guru's mandala, and ultimately attain Buddhahood in this realm. Thus, relieve the breath.
