Grant the great blessing of empowerment of body, speech, and mind. Jomo Kharchenza, the great mother of wisdom. The great sovereign, Tsangpa Lhai Metok. Terton Khadro Trinley Yongdrup Tsal. Grant the empowerment of body, speech, and mind... The lord of Dharma, Thukje Wangdrup Tsal. Vajradhara Wang Choying Rangdrol Zhab. By the vidyadhara lamas of direct and lineage transmission. Grant the empowerment of body, speech, and mind... Assembly of deities in the mandala of the three roots. Please consider me with love from the realm of Dharma. Bestow the blessing of the empty form of the body upon the body. Bestow the blessing of the empty sound of speech upon the speech. Bestow the blessing of the aware empty mind upon the mind. Bestow the blessing of bliss-emptiness wisdom like rain. Bestow the taste and power of nectar upon the sacred substances. May this dwelling mandala radiate splendor. May all supreme and common siddhis. Grant the fruit of hope right now. At the end of the root mantra, add: Āveśaya (藏文,梵文天城体:आवेशय,梵文罗马拟音:āveśaya,汉语字面意思:Enter), after the blessing of the vidyadhara lineage, give instructions to overcome external and internal obstacles. Visualize the assembly of deities descending and dissolving like one lamp dividing into two. Ja Hum Bam Hoh). Offer a mandala of gratitude. The remaining offerings, removal, stabilization, dance, confession of faults, collection, aspiration, and auspicious wishes should be done according to the ritual. Next is the activity of the black torma: On the skin of a domestic animal or the skin of a wild animal, mix the flour of five grains with poisonous blood, and place the Dharma source triangle of the torma inside, arranged according to the practice of subduing the four maras. Place the linga wheel with general and special purposes such as repelling enemies, ghosts, and armies, which arises from the Vajrakila ritual, drawn according to the practice. In particular, for obstacles such as Damtsi, wrap the linga wheel with the fire wheel of the four elements. Also place an iron kila on top of the Mara knot. On top of that, on the lower part of the black torma, according to the wheel of suppression, in the center, instead of the linga, write the reversing mantra. In the center of the protection wheel, write the protection mantra on tsampa. The outer circle is vowels, consonants, and the heart of dependent origination. Finally, surround it with a vajra net of fire and hang it inside a folded torma umbrella. Around the edge is blood.

The three Naraka offerings, the outer and inner offerings, and the phurba mantra rolled up like a pith instruction inside the empowerment support of the top of the powerful phurba. Inside the torma, place a portion of black and white mustard seeds empowered with mantras. Tormas for the treasure protectors and earth-bound spirits, a tsokhor, golden libation, drolchak knife, hat, musical instruments, and all other necessary items are gathered completely without exception. Then, before the invocation that unfolds the activity ritual, clarify the generation of the phurba: The secret, heretical, fierce black torma phurba, completely transformed on top of a lotus sun, on top of enemies and obstructors. In an instant, miraculously born as the great deity, the great powerful one, body color black, one face, two arms, mouth open, fangs bared, three eyes red and round, eyebrows and beard flashing like a thousand lightning bolts, red-yellow hair falling back to the hips, rough testicles, naked body without ornaments. The right phallus is raised to the sky, from within the water bubble, the fire wind of the eon stirs. From all the pores of the body's hair, countless wrathful ones erupt like molten salt crystals. From within the space of the left hand holding the vulva, fierce water wind waves fly into the sky, sparks scatter from the body, wrathful mothers erupt. The two feet stand in a throwing stance, towering in the midst of flames. After reciting this, invoke as usual, practicing and offering both the deity and retinue together. Recite the root mantra with fierce mantras attached. If mainly reciting reversion and destruction, add the appendage of whatever activity is being done. Then, divide the mantra into sections, doing four sessions. In the dawn session, mainly recite the root mantra, then offer one condensed completion tsok offering, then offer the session torma. In the morning session, chant the activity ritual text as it is, recite the root mantra with the appendage, tsok offering and session torma as before. The afternoon session is the same as that in general, but the tsok offering is more elaborate. After exhortation, recite the reversion text and offer the session torma. In the evening session, after unfolding the activity ritual text, recite one part with the appendage, and for the other part, recite the phurba mantra of the powerful one. Tsok and session torma are done as before. If doing protection, reversion, and destruction all at once, then at dawn recite the root mantra, in the morning session protect, in the afternoon session the reversion mantra, in the evening session recite destruction and the phurba mantra. If not inclined to do sessions, then do one time each day.
