In the heart of Vajravarahi at the navel, on the HRIḤ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) syllable, visualize the four petals of the lotus seat's swastika as Ha Ri Ni Sa. At the soles of the disciple's feet, visualize the shape of a wind bow, at the three-way intersection, visualize a fire triangle, and at the navel, visualize a water circle. From the seed syllable in the guru's heart, rays of light emanate. The wind at the soles of the feet stirs, igniting the fire at the three-way intersection. The water at the navel boils, and as the droplets scatter, the swastika under Varahi's feet spins violently. From this, a yellow swastika of the same form separates and falls into the disciple's heart, from which a red one separates and falls into the throat, and from which a white one separates and falls into the crown of the head. Focus on this. At this time, from the heart of the guru's visualized deity in front, rays of light emanate, and from the Rakshasa realm of the southwest Copper-Colored Mountain, invite the assembly of wisdom deities to descend like rain, along with incense and music.
