Arise the heroic power of the earth lord! Avert the hateful enemies and the obstructing demons who lead astray! Drink the heart blood and reduce the body to ashes of the Gyaltsen, Gongpo, harmful demons! Not even a tiny particle remains, reduce everything to dust! Turn back all the evil thoughts and actions of others! Please accept this red blood-flesh torma, As I, the yogi, have entrusted, May all activities be accomplished at this very moment! Afterwards, receiving the siddhi: The root of blessings is the Lama, The root of siddhi is the Yidam, The root of activity is the Dakinis, Visualize them coming from the space in front like mist and thick clouds, Bestowing supreme and common siddhis upon each of us, Place the torma on the crown of the head, HUNG! From the vast expanse of the indivisible method and wisdom, The wrathful Lama with iron meteoric fire, Arouse the mandala deities from the sphere of their heart commitment, Like a good vase and a wish-fulfilling jewel, It is the wish-fulfilling jewel that fulfills needs and desires, The supreme empowerment of the body, speech, and mind activities of the Sugatas, Buddhas, and Bodhisattvas of all directions and times, Please bestow it relying on the substances of accomplishment! 心意传承嘱托之事业，其后中间之中劫，于觉沃堆卓之大会堂，大导师莲花生处，智慧大母益西措嘉以，为未来众生之利益而祈请，忿怒金刚铁火燃身时，有情世间八部男女众，各自示现殊胜本尊后，对于有缘者赐予成就，教敕之食子领受未曾间断耶？嘱托之事业成办未曾间断耶？ 守护佛陀教法未曾间断耶？ 瑜伽士寿命延长未曾间断耶？ 往昔誓言不违背，血肉庄严之食子请享用，心意传承嘱托之事业请成办。 如今浊世衰败之末期，罗刹洲铜色吉祥山，大导师莲花生颅鬘力，与弟子持明希波林巴以，开启上师忿怒之坛城时，教敕护法财神誓盟众海，尤其母七尊龙王木鸟以，各自示现殊胜本尊后，对于有缘者赐予成就，教敕之食子领受未曾间断耶？嘱托之事业成办未曾间断耶？ 守护佛陀教法未曾间断耶？ 瑜伽士寿命延长未曾间断耶？ 往昔誓言不违背，血肉庄严之食子请享用，心意传承嘱托之事业请成办。 如是食子于净地抛掷。 其后以洗涤水供养坚牢母： 吽 (嗡，oṃ，圆满)，教敕之眷属及，饮血者如虚空身，请降临请降临护法母等，于此降临誓言圆满事业成办。 大自在母金刚普称母，吉祥哈日金刚雅摩炯，秘密之母金刚普贤母，大牧降伏金刚魔之主，大魔母汝等四位亦，忆念往昔之誓言，众多奴仆之眷属及，飘逸众多之饰品具，于此降临誓言圆满事业成办。 岗嘎夏梅金刚玉纹母，色钦空行金刚风母与，卡惹琼怎金刚吉祥母，玛日绕降金刚猛母王。

Have you not ceased to accomplish the entrusted activity? Have you not ceased to protect the Buddha's teachings? Have you not ceased to prolong the life of yogis? Without transgressing the oath of former times, Please accept this torma adorned with flesh and blood, Please accomplish the activity of entrusting the lineage of mind. Now, at the very end of the degenerate kalpa, On the Copper-Colored Glorious Mountain of the Rakshasa Island, The great teacher Padmasambhava Totreng, And the disciple mantra-holder Shyikpo Lingpa, When opening the mandala of the wrathful guru, The oath-bound ocean of Dharma protectors and treasure protectors, Especially the seven mothers, the Naga king, and the Wood Bird, Having shown their respective supreme forms, Bestowing accomplishments upon those with connections, Have you not ceased to receive the command torma? Have you not ceased to accomplish the entrusted activity? Have you not ceased to protect the Buddha's teachings? Have you not ceased to prolong the life of yogis? Without transgressing the oath of former times, Please accept this torma adorned with flesh and blood, Please accomplish the activity of entrusting the lineage of mind. Thus, the torma is thrown in a clean place. Then, the Tenma goddesses are propitiated with washing water: Hūṃ (嗡，oṃ，圆满), Together with the assembly of commands, Blood-drinkers, like the body of space, Come here, come here, protecting mothers, Come here, fulfill your oath, accomplish your activity. Great self-existing Vajra Kuntuzangmo, Glorious Hari Vajra Yermo Kyong, Secret mother Vajra Kuntuzang, Great herdsman subduer Vajra lord of obstacles, Great demonesses, you four also, Remembering your former commitments, Together with retinues of many servants, Endowed with many fluttering ornaments, Come here, fulfill your oath, accomplish your activity.
