我常住守护。（念诵）三遍。 从低劣道中超胜而出，为生起大乘菩提心，首先是发愿菩提心，跟随念诵这个： 吽！ 三世上师垂念我！ 从今执持直至未证菩提， 对于六道一切有情， 恒常忆念如父母， 度脱尚未度脱者， 解脱尚未解脱者， 为了令未出离者得出离， 发愿生起菩提心。（念诵）三遍。 入行菩提心，跟随念诵这个： 往昔诸佛善逝， 如同安住于身语意三门律仪， 从今执持直至轮回未空， 无上入行菩提心， 我等皆当生起。 受持六度及三学， 我当守护律仪，度未脱者，令得出离， 令得出离，安置于涅槃。 （念诵）三遍。 从殊胜道中超胜而出，进入无上密咒之门，首先以受持五部总别一切律仪之心，跟随念诵这个： 受持三宝不舍修， 于金刚部之誓言中， 金刚铃之手印， 菩提心亦不应舍， 是金刚部之誓言。 于宝生部之誓言中， 四种布施恒常施， 是宝生部之律仪。 于莲花部之誓言中， 宣说三乘及诸法， 是莲花部之律仪。 于事业部之誓言中， 为利有情而精勤， 是事业部之律仪。（念诵）三遍。 不仅如此，以已领受并执持了总摄金刚乘根本与支分誓言之意乐，跟随念诵这个： 敬信三宝，慈爱有情， 守护根本支分誓言， 纵然身命降临， 亦不违越根本誓言。（念诵）三遍，令其受持。 聚集漱口木和栅栏，为了观察成就之相，以拇指、食指、虚空印执持此漱口木。 以尖端新鲜之状，作吐出一切罪障之意乐，请求伴随念诵而抛弃。 吽！ 密咒大方便，从方便中生， 缘起极清净之最胜！

I will always abide and protect. (Recite) three times. Surpassing the inferior path, to generate the mind of enlightenment in the Great Vehicle, first is the aspiration for supreme enlightenment, follow this recitation: HO! Three times, may the supreme lamas of the three times heed me! From this moment on, until enlightenment is attained, towards all sentient beings of the six realms, constantly holding the perception of them as my parents, to liberate those who have not been liberated, to free those who have not been freed, in order to lead those who have not departed to liberation, I aspire to generate the mind of enlightenment. (Recite) three times. Entering the supreme enlightenment, follow this recitation: The Sugatas, the victorious ones of the past, just as they abide in the discipline of the three doors of body, speech, and mind, from this moment on, until samsara is empty, the unsurpassed mind of entering enlightenment, may we all generate. Holding the six perfections and the three trainings, I will protect the vows, liberate those who are not liberated, lead them to liberation, and establish them in Nirvana. (Recite) three times. Surpassing the supreme path, entering the gate of the unsurpassed secret mantra, first, with the mind of holding all the vows of the five families, both general and specific, follow this recitation: Holding the Three Jewels, not abandoning practice, In the samaya of the Vajra family, The mudra of the vajra bell, And the mind of enlightenment should not be abandoned, This is the samaya of the Vajra family. In the samaya of the Ratna family, The four kinds of giving are always given, This is the discipline of the Ratna family. In the samaya of the Padma family, The three vehicles and all dharmas are taught, This is the discipline of the Padma family. In the samaya of the Karma family, Strive for the benefit of beings, This is the discipline of the Karma family. (Recite) three times. Moreover, with the intention of having received and held all the root and branch vows of the Vajrayana, follow this recitation: Respect the Three Jewels, love sentient beings, Protect the root and branch vows, Even if body and life are at stake, Do not transgress the root vows. (Recite) three times, and cause them to be held. Gather the tooth stick and the fence, in order to examine the signs of accomplishment, hold this tooth stick with the thumb and forefinger in the space mudra. With the appearance of the tip being fresh, make the intention of vomiting out all sins and obscurations, and request to discard it along with the recitation. HUM! Secret mantra, great method, born from method, The supreme of perfectly pure dependent arising!
