莲花忿怒（པདྨ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་，padma krodha）吽（ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ）阿（ཨཱཿ，āḥ）阿毗षेक（अभिषिञ्च，abhiṣiñca，灌顶）阿（ཨཱཿ，āḥ）！ 吽（ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ）！ 忿怒尊主大吉祥，秘密主金刚持。 身色蓝黑持金刚铃， 于具缘种姓之子作灌顶， 愿心意至上不变任运成就！ 嗡（ཨོཾ，oṃ） 班杂 帕尼（वज्रपाणि，vajrapāṇi，金刚手） 阿毗षेक（अभिषिञ्च，abhiṣiñca，灌顶） 吽（ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ）！ 吽（ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ）！ 薄伽梵忿怒尊夜叉火焰力， 身色红黑持杵火焰聚。 于具缘种姓之子作灌顶， 愿以猛烈降伏所有敌魔！ 嗡（ཨོཾ，oṃ） 班杂 夜叉（वज्र यक्ष，vajra yakṣa，金刚夜叉） 吽（ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ） 阿毗षेक（अभिषिञ्च，abhiṣiñca，灌顶） 吽（ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ）！ 吽（ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ）！ 飞翔之王怖畏迦楼罗， 身色蓝杂具火焰之翅膀， 将具毒之龙蛇吞入口中， 天铁燃烧之喙爪铮铮响。 于具缘种姓之子作灌顶， 愿摧毁恶毒龙魔地神！ 迦楼罗 匝咧 匝咧 阿毗षेक（अभिषिञ्च，abhiṣiñca，灌顶） 吽（ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ）！ 观想眷属之忿怒尊等同于自身，安住于上下及十方。以忿怒轮或十吽（ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ）围绕之方式。 吽（ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ）！ 智慧大吉祥十大忿怒尊， 身色蓝黑持杵铁钩索。 于具缘种姓之子作灌顶， 愿调伏所有十方傲慢者！ 嗡（ཨོཾ，oṃ） 班杂 忿怒（वज्र क्रोध，vajra krodha，金刚忿怒） 扎（ཛཿ，jaḥ） 吽（ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ） 阿毗षेक（अभिषिञ्च，abhiṣiñca，灌顶） 吽（ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ）！ 观想种姓之主等同于自身，安住于顶髻。于头顶放置无量寿佛之身像与食子。 吽（ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ）！ 薄伽梵善逝无量光佛身， 身色红跏趺坐持宝瓶。 于具缘种姓之子作灌顶， 愿得无有生死之寿命！ 阿育 莲花（āyuḥ padma，寿命莲花） 阿毗षेक（अभिषिञ्च，abhiṣiñca，灌顶） 舍（ཧྲཱིཿ，hrīḥ）！ 抛洒鲜花并诵吉祥语。以此获得宝瓶灌顶。清净身体之障碍。有权修持本尊。五蕴转化为五种智慧。压制八地以下之菩萨。获得化身之果位。成就寂静之事业。 第二，为祈请秘密灌顶，献曼扎，念诵此祈请文。 霍（ཧོ，ho）！ 散花献曼扎， 祈请上师赐予殊胜灌顶！ 之后，如此观想。您自己安住于上师猛烈的身相中，身体内三脉五轮清晰显现。观想上师父母双运之菩提心充满颅器之甘露。

Wrathful Lord, Great Glorious One, Secret Lord, Vajra Holder, Body color dark blue-black, holding vajra and bell, By bestowing empowerment upon the fortunate son of lineage, May the supreme, unchanging mind be spontaneously accomplished! Oṃ Vajrapāṇi Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! Hūṃ! Bhagavan Wrathful Lord Yaksha Fire Blaze, Body color red-black, holding hammer and fire mass, By bestowing empowerment upon the fortunate son of lineage, May all enemies and obstacles be liberated through wrathful means! Oṃ Vajra Yakṣa Hūṃ Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! Hūṃ! Sky-Soaring King, Terrifying Garuḍa, Body color blue-variegated, with wings of fire, Devouring venomous nāga-serpents into its mouth, Beak and claws of burning sky-iron clang and clatter. By bestowing empowerment upon the fortunate son of lineage, May the venomous nāga-demons and earth-lords be utterly destroyed! Garuḍa Cale Cale Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! Imagine that the secondary emanations from the wrathful deities of the retinue are dwelling above, below, and in the ten directions. Visualize the form of a wrathful wheel or encircled by ten Hūṃ syllables. Hūṃ! Great Wisdom, Great Glory, Ten Great Wrathful Lords, Body color dark blue-black, holding hammer, iron hook, and noose. By bestowing empowerment upon the fortunate son of lineage, May all the arrogance of the ten directions be subdued! Oṃ Vajra Krodha Jaḥ Hūṃ Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! Imagine that the Lord of the Lineage emanates as a secondary emanation and dwells on your crown. Place the form of Amitāyus and a torma on the crown of the head. Hūṃ! Bhagavan, Sugata, Amitābha's form, Body color red, seated in vajra posture, holding a vase. By bestowing empowerment upon the fortunate son of lineage, May the power of life without birth and death be attained! Āyuḥ Padma Abhiṣiñca Hrīḥ! Scatter flowers and recite auspicious words. Through this, the vase empowerment is obtained. The obscurations of the body are purified. One has the authority to meditate on the deity. The five aggregates are transformed into the five wisdoms. Those below the eighth bhūmi are suppressed. The fruit of the nirmāṇakāya is attained. Peaceful activities will be accomplished. Secondly, offer a maṇḍala as the fee for requesting the secret empowerment. Recite this supplication. Ho! Scattering flowers, offering the maṇḍala, I beseech the lama to bestow the supreme empowerment! Then, visualize in this way. May the three channels and five chakras within your body, dwelling as the fierce form of the lama, become clear. Visualize the bodhicitta of the lama and consort in union, filling the skull-cup with nectar.
