By means of that, warmth arises internally and externally, without the need for clothes. Even staying naked in the snow is possible. Old illnesses are cured and new ones don't arise. Various kinds of miraculous powers and direct perceptions are obtained. Ultimately, the Vajra body is accomplished. Therefore, for the sake of increasing bliss, through the union of vase-like practices, the flame from the Ram (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ram, Sanskrit Romanization: ram, Literal meaning: Ram) at the navel chakra, passing through the subtle, flickering Roma channel, to the vast assembly of the three roots of the directions and times, and especially to the nostrils of the brave yoginis, entering the left side and filling the body, the experience of bliss blazes, the stream of great bliss, is invited from one's own left nostril, passing through and dissolving into the Ham (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ham, Sanskrit Romanization: ham, Literal meaning: Ham) at the crown of the head, the blessing, splendor, and glory blaze. Again, with the flame of the navel chakra, as before, filling the four places of the chakras, the great bliss bindu touches the Ham (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ham, Sanskrit Romanization: ham, Literal meaning: Ham), from which nectar, like a thread, gradually descends from the crown of the head, filling the space between the navel chakra, generating the supreme, extraordinary, and innate joy. Touching the Ram (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ram, Sanskrit Romanization: ram, Literal meaning: Ram), the fire blazes, the nectar reverses and goes to the four places, thinking of generating the four joys in reverse order. Finally, all the essence of bliss, is inseparably absorbed into the Vam (Tibetan: བཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: vam, Sanskrit Romanization: vam, Literal meaning: Vam) at the heart. Holding the gentle wind and mixing space and awareness, guarding the uncorrected, natural state, unborn non-conceptual wisdom arises. Thus, through diligence, with the four joys, the wisdom of the four emptinesses is drawn in accordance. By the power of accomplishing life and holding, all appearances arise as bliss, bliss-clarity-non-conceptuality arises spontaneously, drawing in the wisdom of warmth and peak, such as eyes and direct perceptions, obtaining freedom over the channels, winds, and bindus. Because the winds and tummo are perfected, from the three of subsequent attainment, bliss, wind, and mind, the pure and impure are like illusions, practice with one-pointedness and make it stable. During the day, maintain continuous mindfulness, and at bedtime, on the bindu of the throat, hold the mind, recognize dreams, practice purification, expansion, transformation, and rest in the natural state. Relying on the stages of absorption of sleep, in order to make the clear light manifest, hold the mind on the Vam (Tibetan: བཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: vam, Sanskrit Romanization: vam, Literal meaning: Vam) at the heart, fill the body with light and maintain non-conceptuality, clear the empty space of transference, body, channels, and veins. At the heart, on the knot, wind, mind, Vam (Tibetan: བཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: vam, Sanskrit Romanization: vam, Literal meaning: Vam), with wind and Hik (Tibetan: ཧིཀ྄, Sanskrit Devanagari: hik, Sanskrit Romanization: hik, Literal meaning: Hik), shake the two, again, purify the descent and so on as in common practice. Bardo, now and in future times, appearance, sound, and thought, the three vajras, mixing and transferring upwards, taking it as the path, exhale in pure lands and so on, the essence of the path of the upper gate being completely liberated.

The essence of the first. In the ultimate Dharma Yoga, there are two types: actual practice and increasing practice. The first is the actual basis of the path, which is the yoga of mantras. Because warmth is attained, seek out those with auspicious marks, such as Padma, who are prophesied by the guru deity. First, one's own body should be skillful, and through familiarity, one should enter the actual body of another. Furthermore, examine and invite, purify the channels, empower and bestow vows. When the experiences of the two stages arise, sit on a soft and comfortable cushion, generate the radiance of desire and contemplate its meaning. Visualize oneself as Vajra Garland Strength, and the consort as the Wisdom Queen Tsogyal. Bless the three places, the space, and the secret place. Desiring to accomplish enlightenment for the sake of others, urge with the four symbols and with the four mudras, embrace, bind, and give, and then enter into equanimity. Afterwards, with the fire of desire, urge the HAṂ (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,字面意思:ㄏㄤ) at the crown of the head, and the bliss will descend slowly. When reaching the tip of the vajra jewel, hold it in the state of immutable bliss. The downward descent is the joy of the cause itself. With the various illusory wheels of the body, the speech guiding the breath and the sound of HŪṂ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,字面意思:吽), and the mind guiding the one-pointed concentration, by forcibly reversing upwards, experience the four joys of the result. Spread it universally with the letter HAṂ (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,字面意思:ㄏㄤ), and rest in the state of indivisible primordial purity. By remembering the bliss, the wisdom of the example of the supreme Dharma arises. The second, the increasing yoga, is the example led by the means of bliss, like the joy of a young maiden, although experienced, it cannot be spoken. Although there is faith, there is no object of focus. Relying solely on that, the reliance is the indivisibility of the two truths. In the state of individual self-awareness, the innate state, after increasing and expanding the experience and attachment, protect the uncorrected and unaltered state. With the supreme and unchanging samadhi, the co-emergent meaning becomes manifest. The great clear light of the truth-seeing student, the knowledge holder who has accomplished it as it is, if desired quickly, will attain the ultimate result, body and wisdom. Afterwards is the path of the profound four empowerments, possessing the nature of the four yogas. Because one practices single-pointedly in the four sessions, at the end of the session, dedicate the merit and make aspirations. In between sessions, the collection of appearances, sounds, and thoughts, increase them as the deity, mantra, and dharmakaya. In between, hold the breath directly, stabilize the blazing appearance of fierce fire, protect the nature of the self-experience of bliss, dispel all the obstacles of sinking and excitement in the experience, cut the knots of hope, fear, and attachment, and bring forth renunciation, liberation, and bodhicitta.
