Namas! To the left is the supreme mother of emptiness, Lady Tsogyal, holding a nectar vase that bestows the bliss of the four joys. Both are adorned with silk and jeweled lotuses, radiant with white and red hues, possessing a peaceful smile and a delightful, alluring demeanor. In the center of a rainbow-light-drop mandala at her heart, she resides in the posture of generating great bliss and wisdom. Hūṃ! (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hūṃ!) In the outer layer, within a realm of five lights and eight-cornered jewels, upon a seat of various lotuses, suns, and moons, to the east is the great glorious Yangdak Hūṃkāra, wearing the secret white garment of Vajrasattva, with both hands crossed at the heart holding a vajra and bell. To the south is Manjushri Blood-Drinker, the powerful spiritual friend, clad in the secret dark blue and black majestic garment of Yama, with both hands raising a vajra club and a threatening mudra. To the west is the Horse-Supreme Playful Nāgārjuna, wearing the secret red garment of power, fluttering in the wind, with both hands holding a khatvanga and a nectar-filled kapala. To the north is Vajrakumara Prabhāha, wearing the secret emerald-radiant garment of the kīla, with both hands holding a crossed vajra and twirling a kīla. To the southeast is Manifest Perfection Dhana Saṃskṛta (Tibetan: དྷ་ན་སཾསྐྲྀཏ, Sanskrit Devanagari: धन संस्कृत, Sanskrit Romanization: dhana saṃskṛta, Literal Chinese Meaning: Wealth Combination), wearing the secret smoky black majestic garment of the worldly mothers, with both hands holding a secret small drum and a skull cup filled with blood. To the southwest is the great glorious Supreme Bimala, wearing the secret yellowish-green soft and supple garment of nectar, with both hands in equipoise holding a skull cup filled with essence. To the northwest is the Secret Lord Guhyacandranī, wearing the secret dark blue and black blazing garment that subdues the world, with both hands brandishing an iron hook and casting a lasso. To the northeast is the powerful Śānti Garbhāche, wearing the secret smoky black majestic garment of manifest subjugation and cursing, with both hands casting down a thunderbolt and brandishing a curved knife. All are radiant with white and red hues, blazing with splendor, wearing lotus hats and silk dharma robes, possessing a wrathful yet smiling and seductive demeanor, with both feet capable of transforming at will, displaying various emanations. In the midst of a hundred thousand retinues of vidyādharas possessing power, their essence is divine, their form is that of a guru, their radiance is clear and unceasing, residing luminously as bodies of light. Hūṃ! (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hūṃ!) Surrounding that, in the outer environment, within a realm of various lotuses, radiant with five lights, is the Family Assembly Transmission, the Sovereign Dharma King, in unwavering samādhi, holding a dharma wheel in equipoise. The Yangdak Transmission is Nubchen Namkhai Nyingpo, riding on sunbeams, displaying various magical transformations. The Yama Transmission is Sangye Yeshe Che, spreading a sun and moon seat, raising a wrathful mantra kīla.

The emanation of the Hayagriva lineage, Gyalwa Chokyang, the horse-faced one, shines with a resounding emptiness at the crown of the head; the nectar lineage, Jnana Kumara, causes the stream of bodhicitta to flow from the hard rock; the Vajrakila lineage, Dorje Dudjom Tsal, subdues the wind and mind, and roams freely in the rocky mountains; the Mamo lineage, Drokmi Pal Yeshe, employs and distributes the Mamos of existence; the arrogant lineage, Langchen Shri Singha, enslaves and subdues the eight classes of gods and demons; the wrathful mantra lineage, Pagor Vairocana, possesses the eye of wisdom and realizes the intention of the all-knowing; the realization lineage, Gyalmo Yudra Nying, abides in the unwavering, clear light of samadhi; the accomplishment lineage, Acar Yeshe Yang, dances the vajra dance in the realm of the dakinis; the blood-drinking lineage, Sogpo Jnana Shri, tames the ferocious beasts of prey with asceticism; the action lineage, Nanam Yeshe De, flies like a bird in the expanse of the sky with miraculous powers; the killing and liberating lineage, Kharchen Palgyi Wang, subdues and liberates with the power of the Vajrakila; the wisdom lineage, Denma Tsemang Zhap, obtains the Dharani of Unforgetfulness and spreads the boundless Dharma; the wisdom lineage, Lotsawa Pal Tsek Zhap, knows the minds of others and holds the ocean of scriptures; the profound lineage, Shupu Palgyi Seng, reverses the flow of the non-leaking bindu; the peaceful and wrathful lineage, Gyalwai Lodro Che, transforms corpses into gold and pulls beings out of the depths of hell; the lama lineage, Khyeuchung Lotsawa, freely controls self-appearance and captures the birds of the sky; the realization lineage, Drenpa Namkha Che, manifests wisdom and summons the evil beings; the wrathful lineage, Obran Palgyi Wang, possesses the power of blessing and swims in the water like a fish; the tantra and agama lineage, Matok Rinpoche, makes appearance and mind one taste and consumes human flesh as food; the activity lineage, Palgyi Dorje Zhap, possesses the radiance of wisdom and walks freely in the rocky mountains; the curse lineage, Langdro Konchok Jung, possesses the power of samadhi and hurls down like a thunderbolt of iron; the intention lineage, Gyalwa Jangchub Che, obtains the empowerment of awareness and sits in vajra posture in the sky; all of them, through the conduct of great accomplished ones, with uncertain transformations, in the form of illusory vajras, the lineage of the whispered transmissions of the three times, the assembly of vidyadhara lamas, spread forth.
