Please grant the empowerment of boundless great power! Oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra guru padma siddhi hūṃ! Kāyavākacitta sarva abhiṣiñca oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ! Repeat three times. Thus, visualizing the mask as the actual manifestation of the wisdom deity, placing it on the crown of the head is the vase empowerment. Placing it on the throat is the secret empowerment. Placing it on the heart, introducing the inseparability of the guru and one's own mind is: the nature of mind, the inconceivable wisdom, empty and clear, self-aware, unconditioned, from the very beginning abiding in the essence of the guru's four bodies, symbolized by the guru's mask bestowing empowerment. The nature of self-awareness, never tainted by the bonds of the two obscurations, although abiding as one with the meaning of Samantabhadra Padmasambhava, in order to purify the adventitious stains of transformation, knowing that the signifying symbolic guru has blessed the continuum of oneself and the disciples, is the empowerment of wisdom and knowledge. From this, the experience of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality arises, which is the fourth empowerment, accomplishing the boundless activities of taming beings, is the complete four empowerments based on the activity mask. Through these, the five root empowerments, from the internal detailed perspective, are divided by the determination of the four empowerments into twenty aspects, called enlightenment. In the manner of a common empowerment, bestowing the guru's great empowerment, boundless and complete, thus obtaining the blessing of the direct realization of the four empowerments, one will attain breakthrough. As a continuation, for the empowerment of body, speech, and mind, first, for the sake of bestowing the empowerment of the deity's form and mudra, the guru and the mandala deity are inseparable, from each of their hearts, a second wisdom body identical to oneself appears, like one lamp dividing into two. It dissolves into you, generating faith in being blessed as inseparable from the wisdom body of each deity. Thus indicating, recite Hrīḥ! Wonderful, abundant, great bliss realm! etc., according to the empowerment ritual, completely bestow the deity empowerment. From now on, all phenomena appearing in this way are completely pure in the mandala of the Vajra essence of emptiness, the deity of the great net of illusion of the guru vidyadhara. The activities of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subjugating are now complete. They emerge from the mouth and enter your mouths. Visualize the seed syllable (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Shame) at the heart center, and with the devotion that the blessings of the mantra recitation are fully integrated into your being, recite these mantras three times. After giving these instructions, the Three Kayas, the General Assembly, and the Activities are each recited in turn. To stabilize this, place the mantra rosary around the throat and visualize receiving the empowerment. Ah! By the empowerment of the Vajra mantra of speech, which is the cause of all that is spoken, may all sounds, both stable and moving, be realized as the empty sound, the victorious speech. Place the mantra rosary around the throat. From this day forward, all sounds, both stable and moving, are completely purified into the essence of the indestructible Vajra speech, which is empty of inherent existence. Generate this realization. In order to introduce the intention of the clear light of the mind, the very nature of reality, recognize all elaborations, represented by the deities and mantras, as the self-display of instantaneous self-awareness. The nature of mind is emptiness, nakedly so. The radiance is the display of awareness, clearly so. Experiencing these two as inseparable, rest without grasping in the equality of the two truths, the ultimate Dharmakaya, the great expanse. After giving these instructions, the master and disciples rest together for a short while. To symbolize this, a clear mirror is shown, and the introduction is given through words: Hum! Just as images appear in a mirror, though there is no object of focus, they are vividly clear. By the empowerment of the mind of the victorious ones, may all thoughts and concepts arise and dissolve on their own. Om Sarva Tathagata Citta Abhisincha Hum (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं सर्व तथागत चित्त अभिषिञ्च हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ sarva tathāgata citta abhiṣiñca hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, all Tathagata mind, empower, Hum). From this day forward, all the arising and subsiding of conceptual thoughts in the three realms are completely purified into the essence of the mind Vajra, which is indivisible from awareness and emptiness, and beyond comprehension. Generate this realization. In this way, through these means, the blessings of the three secrets of the deities of the Guru Vidyadhara Magical Net have entered your being. All obstacles and obscurations of your body, speech, and mind, and all hindrances, both outer, inner, and secret, are pacified, and for the time being, practice the profound yoga of the deity, mantra, and Dharmakaya.
