It is extremely excellent, it is the unique experience of emptiness, manifesting four aspects, and immeasurable qualities such as eyes, clairvoyance, and miraculous powers will manifest. Secondly, to meditate on the wisdom of clarity and emptiness without conceptualization is the same as before up to the root meditation. Exhale three times, and then inhale the upper air gently and naturally, so that all the qualities of the sentient and insentient world, such as the Buddhas, are transformed into five kinds of colored light, and enter the two channels of the left and right through the nostrils, and rise from the junction of the three channels at the lower end of the central channel and merge into the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable in the heart. The Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable blazes with five lights, and the entire central channel is filled with the five wisdom winds like a rainbow. By focusing on this, the qualities of clarity and emptiness without conceptualization will manifest. Then, meditate on the instructions for purifying appearances: After firmly focusing on the central channel filled with the light of wisdom, the light dissipates from it, and the two channels of the left and right and the four chakras are all filled with the five-colored wisdom wind. Dissipating outward from there, the entire universe and the sky are filled with the five-colored light of the wisdom wind. Focusing on this with one mind, if you can hold the wind-force combination firmly, and if you feel unable to bear it, release the exhalation and slightly control the downward wind. Inhale slowly again, and practice as before, striving with one mind. As a sign that the five wisdom winds have been grasped in the central channel, five-colored halos will appear near the meditation room, lights will shine, the moon will rise, and firefly-like sights will appear, as well as smoke, meteors, clouds, images of deities, and so on. At that time, the mind abides in concentration, and both calm abiding and self-manifesting insight merge into one essence. Meditating on the samadhi of pure appearance: All external appearances of the five lights are integrated into the four chakras within the body, and then they are integrated into the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable in the heart. It becomes more and more subtle, like the clear autumn sky, abiding in a state of nothing accomplished, and awareness manifests clearly like crystal. This is the state of clear light, the Great Perfection of self-arisen wisdom of clarity and emptiness. By meditating in this way, the experience of the winds becomes vague and indistinct, day and night become clear and bright, thoughts cease, and awareness becomes clear and bright. These three experiences will manifest, and grasp them as experiences of awareness.

Wisdom that is free from dullness and quick in intellect arises. The benefits are: By meditating on wind yoga in this way, samadhi arises, direct perception manifests, and siddhis such as the divine eye and direct perception are accomplished. Third, the meditation on the wisdom of non-conceptual luminosity and emptiness is: The practice of the three channels and four chakras is the same as before, but the difference lies in learning the instructions of the three: throwing, holding, and purifying. First, the throwing method is: Visualize a five-colored light sphere the size of a thumb emerging from the heart chakra, rising higher and higher from the crown chakra, and finally disappearing completely. Recite twenty-one strong "Ha" sounds, then relax the body and mind, and rest in that state. Inexpressible and inconceivable luminosity arises, and its experience is like experiencing the sky. Second, the holding method is: When the sky is extremely clear, turn your back to the sun and fix your eyes on the center of the sky without moving them. Slowly exhale and hold your breath, and in an instant, the luminosity of emptiness arises, and the experience becomes clear, vast, boundless, and impartial. At that time, the realization of the three kayas of the sky arises: Relying on the external sky of emptiness and clarity, from the non-conceptual inner sky, the luminosity of emptiness arises, thereby realizing the naked awareness of emptiness and luminosity of the transparent secret sky, which is seen from the path of practicing the blessings of skillful means, just as the outside is the inside, because the key point of dependent origination is the same. Third, the purifying method is: Thus, when awareness is focused on the sky, and emptiness suddenly dawns, all external phenomena such as earth, stones, mountains, and rocks become transparent and self-dissolve, merging into space. Visualize that your own body also self-dissolves into the nature of the sky, and all external and internal phenomena, like clouds dissolving in the sky, are without distinction between inside and outside. Rest in the open and clear state without gathering or scattering the mind, and the realization of liberation from extremes, like the sky, arises, which is the realization of original purity and the exhaustion of phenomena. The Kunjed Gyalpo Tantra says: Yogis abide in the path of action in the sky. The experience of meditating in this way is that in the central channel, in the experience of the nature of awareness, all phenomena and beings become clear and transparent, coarse clinging disappears, day and night abide in non-conceptuality, as if there is no cause for the arising of afflictions, and one is not timid in any circumstances.
