The red 'Po' (Tibetan seed syllable) merges, turning into a reddish-white color, and then visualize it disappearing like a rainbow, filling the entire body with light, and maintain the same intention as before. If that's not enough, take extraordinary measures: perform twenty-one great vase breaths, send out twenty-one strong wishes, fill your mouth with saliva, and maintain the same intention as before, and it will definitely succeed, he said. Repeatedly meditating to gain stability is purification. Transforming a small amount into a large amount, transforming a large amount into a small amount, and transforming fire into water, etc., are expansion and transformation. Cutting off refers to recognizing that you are dreaming while in a dream, thereby relaxing in meditation and being able to remain in that state for a long time. It is said that this is the sole result of dream yoga. Like this, during the breaks in practice, read the Sutra of Immeasurable Light as spoken in the Ratnakuta Sutra, strive to perform the ten transformations, and constantly recite the prayers for rebirth in Sukhavati. Through the practice of Guru Amitabha, the suffering of the bardo is naturally pacified, thereby being reborn in Sukhavati, which is a pith instruction like a wish-fulfilling jewel, chapter eleven. The ten transformations are: building temples as symbols of the body, scriptures as symbols of speech, stupas as symbols of mind, building bridges for the benefit of all beings, and ransoming life for the benefit of one person, these are the five fundamental transformations. Regularly offering to temples, reading scriptures, circumambulating stupas, building bridges, repairing bridges, and ransoming lives (without harming other lives) should be done continuously, these are the five branch transformations, totaling ten transformations. The twelfth pith instruction is to practice Guru Samantabhadra: In the space in front, within the self-arisen light and rainbows of the five wisdoms, on a lotus and sun-moon seat, visualize Guru Samantabhadra, whose body is deep blue and clear, with one face and two arms, or with eight faces, plus the two superimposed faces above, totaling ten faces, visualize as you like, because there are no limitations or biases, symbolizing looking in the ten directions. One face symbolizes that all dharmas are perfected in a single bindu. Legs in vajra posture, hands in equipoise mudra. Visualize the body as naked and unadorned. Its meaning is that the vajra posture symbolizes not being shaken by the two extremes, the equipoise mudra symbolizes the equality of samsara and nirvana, and nakedness symbolizes the absence of the obscurations of subject and object.
