Sleeping without distraction in a state where the mind is filled with clear realms and the entire body is comfortable. Aspirations should be made repeatedly. By practicing in this way, illusions are purified, and the instructions on clear light are mastered naturally. At the time of death, when consciousness dissolves into clear light, one attains Buddhahood in the realm of the Dharmakaya together with death, which is called liberation. During the breaks in between sessions of either the generation stage or the completion stage, recite the names of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas a hundred times, and read the Zama Tog Sutra. Six times during the day and night, pray that the suffering of cutting off life at the time of death will not occur, and make aspirations to be born in Sukhavati. The eleventh instruction is the practice of Guru Nangtha (Amitabha): In the sky in front, the pure land of Sukhavati is as flat as the palm of one's hand. On the golden ground, decorated with patterns of lapis lazuli eyes, in the center is a wish-fulfilling jewel tree called Padma Nampar Nangwa (Lotus Manifestation), which is a jewel by nature, 1,600 yojanas in height, each leaf adorned with the eight auspicious symbols, and each fruit adorned with the seven royal emblems. Many emanated birds proclaim sweet sounds. In such a scene, supported by the lotus stem, on a thousand-petaled lotus and moon cushion, the essence is Guru Padmasambhava, but the form is Buddha Amitabha, with a red body, holding the mudra of meditative equipoise. He wears the three Dharma robes, and the white and clear urna hair between his eyebrows is pure and free from impurities. His hands and feet are marked with wheels, etc., and all the major and minor marks are complete. To his east is Buddha Akshobhya, blue in color, holding a vajra on top of the earth-touching and meditative equipoise mudras. To the southeast is Namzig, with the earth-touching and meditative equipoise mudras. To the south is Tsugtorchen, with the meditative equipoise mudra. To the southwest is Thamchad Kyob, with the refuge-granting and meditative equipoise mudras. To the west is Khorwa Jig, holding the mudra of meditative equipoise. To the northwest is Serthub, with the teaching and meditative equipoise mudras. To the north is Od Srung, with his right hand offering and granting refuge, and his left hand holding the edge of his Dharma robe like the ear of a deer. To the northeast is Shakyamuni Buddha, holding the teaching mudra. All are seated in vajra posture, wearing the three Dharma robes, all the major and minor marks are complete, and each is seated under their own Bodhi tree. All seven of them

It is the color of pure gold. Furthermore, clearly visualize being surrounded by countless Buddhas, as numerous as the grains of sand in the Ganges River. Visualize three letters at the three places (body, speech, and mind), and in the heart, on a lotus moon disc, visualize a red HRĪḤ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:啥) at the center of a five-pronged vajra. From the invocation to the praise offering, proceed as before. Pray, reciting "In the bardo when the illusory borrowed body disintegrates," etc., continuously. Then, from the brow hair, heart, and crown of all the Guru's retinue, countless rays of light emanate, pervading all the realms of the six classes of beings. The light touches all sentient beings of the six classes, especially the mind-bodies of those wandering in the bardo of existence, instantly purifying all painful illusions. Visualize leading them all to the Pure Land of Sukhavati, attaining the state of Buddhahood. Receive the four empowerments as before. Finally, the retinue merges into the main deity. The main deity melts like a dissolving ball of light and dissolves into oneself, transforming oneself into the body of Amitabha. In the heart of one's own innate mind, at the end of the vajra HRĪḤ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:啥), surrounded by OṂ AMITĀBHA HRĪḤ (藏文:ཨཱོཾ་ཨ་མི་ཏ་བྷཱ་ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ओं अमिताभ ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ amitābha hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:嗡 阿弥陀佛 啥), light radiates, offering to the noble ones and fulfilling their delight. The light touches all sentient beings of the seven existences, visualizing them all transforming into the body of Amitabha, reciting the above mantra and the one hundred and eight names, and: NAMAḤ SARVA TATHĀGATA HṚDAYA ANUGATE OṂ KURUṂ GITI SVĀHĀ (藏文:ན་མཿསརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཧྲྀ་ད་ཡ། ཨ་ནུ་ག་ཏེ། ཨོཾ་ཀུ་རུཾ་གི་ནི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:नमः सर्व तथागत हृदय अनुगते। 嗡 咕噜 咕噜 梭哈), which is the common mantra of the seven Buddhas. Recite KAṂ KA NI as much as possible. Afterwards, perform the subsequent gathering and rising as the deity as before. The completion stage is: Because one is unable to abide in the ground or root of bardo appearances, the co-emergent luminosity, and is moved by the winds of conceptual karma, the illusions of the bardo arise, and suffering is experienced. Therefore, the essence of the practice to take this as the path is: grasping dreams, purifying after grasping, expanding and transforming, and cutting, these five are very important. The method of grasping is: visualize a red HRĪḤ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:啥) like a lamp, clear in one's throat. Focus the mind single-pointedly on this, thinking, "I must recognize this as a dream in the dream," and grasp the dream. If this does not work, visualize a white HRĪḤ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:啥) at the crown of the head and a red one at the lower gate. Visualize the two coming up and down and meeting, and the red chasing the white, visualizing escape and pursuit. Finally, the white
