I prostrate with reverence through the three doors. Bestow the complete four empowerments upon the supreme disciple. Avert obstacles from demonic forces, spirits, and elemental beings. Grant both supreme and common siddhis. Then, the order of offering: First, the outer offering: Hūṃ! The embodiment of all Sugatas, Padma Thötreng, The essence of the Three Jewels, Three Roots, and Three Kayas. To the assembly of deities of Orgyen Rigdzin Padma, I offer various divine substances as outer offerings: In the vast expanse of naturally arisen, pure space, I offer the five types of offerings, such as flowers. I offer the five desirable qualities, such as gaṇa. I offer various precious things, such as gold and silver. I offer various fragrant scents, such as sandalwood. I offer various silks, such as brocade. I offer various objects of sight, such as victory banners. I offer the three white and three sweet foods. I offer music with the sounds of the lute, flute, conch shell, and skull drum. Accept these offerings and grant supreme and common siddhis. Then, the offering of nectar medicine: Hūṃ! The essence of the Three Jewels, Three Roots, and Three Kayas. To the supreme deity of the assembled lineages, Orgyen Padma, I offer the naturally arisen, pure medicine offering: In the excellent vessel of the qualified vajra bhāṇḍa, To the eight root nectars that are primordially pure, I add the amrita (藏文：ཨ་མྲྀཏ，梵文天城体：अमृत，梵文罗马拟音：amṛta，汉语字面意思：甘露) compounded with a thousand leaves. This nectar medicine offering that dispels the five poisons, I offer to the assembly of the great Orgyen of the assembled lineages. I pray that you grant the siddhi of immortal life. I offer the naturally arisen, pure torma: In the excellent vessel of the qualified bhāṇḍa vajra, This glorious torma of nectar with the five wisdoms, Made of the five meats, five nectars, and five grains, I offer to the assembly of Orgyen and retinue of the assembled lineages. Grant the siddhi of the enjoyment of abundant wealth. Guru Sarva Balimta Puja Ho! Gathering of vidyadharas, Ugyen, fulfill the samaya! Gathering of yidams, fulfill the guru's samaya! Gathering of dakinis, fulfill Padmasambhava's samaya! Gathering of dharma protectors, fulfill the skull garland's samaya! Gathering of those with samaya, fulfill the great supreme's samaya! Three kayas spontaneously accomplished, fulfill the guru's samaya! Five kayas taming beings, eight names, fulfill the samaya! Fulfill the samaya with joy, grant supreme and common accomplishments! Grant the practitioner the complete four empowerments! After that, offer praise and make supplications: Hung! Unfabricated, free from elaboration, the lama is the dharmakaya! Great bliss enjoyment, the lama is the lord of dharma! Born from a lotus stem, the lama is the nirmanakaya! Three kayas spontaneously accomplished, praise the guru's body! Hung! The body is unchanging, the supreme body is Samantabhadra! The speech is uninterrupted, the supreme speech is the speech of the lord of the family! Gathering of dakinis, great Ugyen! Lotus stem stamen, residing on a sun and moon cushion! Wearing a brocade robe, a lotus hat! A sign of taming beings to be tamed by the nirmanakaya!
