Uddiyana never ceases, faithful beings are placed in Sukhavati, I prostrate and praise Orgyen Thötreng Tsal, I pray to Orgyen Rinpoche, Guru, bless with compassion, Bestow the four empowerments completely to the supreme disciple. Then, offering confession: HUNG! Guru, Yidam, Dakini, embodiment of all, Orgyen, great Vidyadhara, please consider, I am inherently the cause of manifest enlightenment, But due to the power of ignorance and delusion, In this dangerous place I constantly wander, accumulating immeasurable suffering, I confess before the all-encompassing Guru, the Sugata. I, through ignorance, with body, speech, and mind, Through unrestrained power, violate the samaya, With little devotion, I displease the Guru's body, I confess before the self-arisen Guru's body. With little wisdom, I do not realize the meaning of Dharmata, I confess before the Guru, the embodiment of all Yidams. Due to laziness, I do not complete the practice, I confess before the body of Orgyen Dakinis. With few resources, the Tsog offering is incomplete, I confess before the Guru Dharmapala. Due to wrong views, I disparage the qualities of others, I confess before the Guru Heroes and Heroines. Covered by ignorance, I accumulate various non-virtues, I confess before the Guru Damchen Gyatso. I confess, Guru, Lord of the assembled lineages, Purify, cleanse, bestow empowerment and accomplishment. Then, clarify the mind for mantra recitation, Reciting the mantra: Emaho!
