།མེ་ལོང་ཡེ་ཤེས་འོད་ལྔ་ཚོམ་བུའི་ཀློང་། །རྡོ་རྗེ་རིགས་ཀྱི་དཔའ་བོ་ཌཱ་ཀི་དང་། །རིག་འཛིན་འདུས་པའི་མཁའ་སྤྱོད་ཆེན་པོ་རུ། །དབུགས་དབྱུང་རྡོ་རྗེའི་དབྱིངས་ནས་ཕྱིར་མ་ལྡོག །ཨ་ཨ་ཕཊ་ཅེས་སྒྲ་དྲག་པོ་བརྗོད་ཅིང་། ཅུང་ཟད་མཉམ་པར་གཞག་བཅུག་གོ །དབུགས་དབྱུང་བདེ་ལྡན་ཞིང་ནས་ཕྱིར་མ་ལྡོག །ཨ་ཨ་ཕཊ། ཅེས་མཉམ་པར་གཞག རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་བཀྲ་ཤིས་པའི་མེ་ཏོག་འཐོར་བྱུང་སྙམ་པ་མཛོད། ཅེས་ཤིས་པ་བརྗོད་པའི་མེ་ཏོག་འཐོར་རོ། །དེ་ལྟར་རྩ་བའི་དབང་རྣམས་ལེགས་པར་གྲུབ་པའི་གཏང་རག་དང་མཐའ་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་དབང་རྣམས་ཞུ་བའི་ཡོན་དུ་མཎྜལ་ཕུལ་མཛོད། ཅེས་འབུལ་དུ་གཞུག །སློབ་མ་འགྲོ་དོན་ནུས་པ་ཡིན་ན་སྐབས་འདིར་ཁྲི་ལ་བཀོད་དེ་དབུ་ཞྭ་དང་སྣམ་སྦྱར་སོགས་མནབས་ལ། ཚེ་ཆང་ནས་མངའ་གསོལ་གྱི་བར་རྫོགས་པར་བགྱིས་ཤིང་ཤིས་པའི་མེ་ཏོག་འཐོར་བ་ནི་མངའ་གསོལ་གྱི་དབང་དང་ཞབས་བརྟན་དུའང་འགྱུར་བར་བཤད་དོ། གང་ལྟར་ཚེ་ཆང་ཐོགས་ལ། ཕྱི་ཀ་པཱ་ལ་མཚན་ལྡན་ལ་ནང་བཅུད་ཚེ་ལྷ་རིག་འཛིན་ཡབ་ཡུམ་བདེ་སྦྱོར་མཛད་པའི་སྒྲུབ་རྫས་འཆི་མེད་ཀྱི་བདུད་རྩིར་བསྐྱིལ་བ་འདི་ཉིད་ཁྱེད་རང་རྣམས་ལ་ཕུལ་བས་རྩ་རླུང་ཐིག་ལེ་དྭངས་མ་སྟོབས་སུ་གྱུར་ཏེ་འཆི་མེད་ཚེའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་དམ་པ་ཐོབ་བྱུང་སྙམ་་་་་པའི་ངེས་ཤེས་མཛོད། རྩ་བརྒྱད་ཡན་ལག་སྟོང་སྦྱར་ཨ་མྲྀཏ། །རྩ་གསུམ་དྭངས་མའི་བདེ་བཅུད་འོད་སྐུར་འཁྲུག །སྒྲུབ་རྫས་གཉན་པོ་འཆི་མེད་བདུད་རྩི་འདི། ཁྱོད་ལ་སྦྱིན་གྱིས་ཕུང་ཁམས་འོད་སྐུར་འབར། །རྩ་རླུང་ཐིག་ལེའི་ལང་ཚོ་ཡར་འཕེལ་ཤོག །བོ་དྷི་ཙིཏྟ་ཨཱ་ཡུཿཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ། ཞེས་ལག་གཡོན་དུ་སྦྱིན། ཁམས་གསུམ་སྲིད་ ཞིའི་དྭངས་བཅུད་ཐམས་ཅད་གཅིག་ཏུ་བསྡུས་པ་འཆི་བ་མེད་པའི་བཅུད་ལེན་རིལ་བུ་འདི་ཉིད་ཁྱེད་རང་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཕྱག་ཏུ་ཕུལ་བས་ཚེ་དང་བསོད་ནམས་ཀྱི་དབང་དམ་པ་ཐོབ་བྱུང་སྙམ་པ་མཛོད། ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ། ཁམས་གསུམ་དབང་སྡུད་ཚེ་དཔལ་འགྱུར་མེད་བཅུད། །འདོད་ཡོན་ལྔ་ལྡན་བྱིན་འོད་ཟེར་འཁྲུག་ཅིང་། །རེག་དང་མྱོང་བ་ཙམ་གྱིས་ཕྱིར་མི་ལྡོག །རྡོ་རྗེའི་ཟས་བཅུད་ཚེ་ཡི་རིལ་བུར་སྦྱིན། །ཨོཾ་ཨ་མཱ་ར་ཎི་ཛཱི་བནྟི་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། Bind your body postures as before, and visualize this basic body as Samantabhadra, with a blue body, one face, and two arms in meditative equipoise, devoid of all ornaments, a body of light. In the center and four directions of the sky above, visualize the letter Ah (藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：Ah) in blue, white, yellow, red, and green respectively, each surrounded by a halo of five-colored rainbow light with infinite points. From these, countless rays of light corresponding to their respective colors emanate, striking all the vessels and contents of samsara and nirvana. Imagine everything melting into a great mass of light, dissolving into yourself, and recite the letter Ah. Count "Ah Ah." Finally, imagine all the Ah letters dissolving into yourself, dissolving into the inner youthful vase body, the realization of the Dharmakaya, and then rest in equanimity in whatever state arises. Again, perform this visualization in the same way. This eastern sky is a white realm formed from the self-radiance of mirror-like wisdom, boundless in extent, where the heroes, heroines, dakinis of the Vajra family, and all vidyadharas and buddhas gather, becoming a great Sambhogakaya realm. You should all completely merge into it, generating faith in enlightenment as the essence of Vajrasattva Buddha. Then, the master points the threatening mudra to the east and recites: The eastern sky is the realm of the Vajra family. Mirror-like wisdom is the expanse of five-colored light clusters. In the great Khechara realm where the heroes and dakinis of the Vajra family and vidyadharas gather, do not turn back from the Vajra's sphere. Utter the sound "Ah Ah Phat (藏文：ཨ་ཨ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：अःअःफट，梵文罗马拟音：ah ah phat，汉语字面意思：Ah Ah Phat)" with a strong voice. Allow them to rest in equanimity for a short while. Again, this southern sky is a yellow realm formed from the self-radiance of equality wisdom, boundless in extent, where the heroes and dakinis of the Ratna family, and all vidyadharas and buddhas gather, becoming a great Sambhogakaya realm. You should all completely merge into it, generating faith in enlightenment as the essence of Ratnasambhava Buddha. Pointing the threatening mudra to the south, recite: The southern sky is the realm of the Ratna family. Equality wisdom is the expanse of five-colored light clusters. In the great Khechara realm where the heroes and dakinis of the Ratna family and vidyadharas gather, do not turn back from the glorious sphere. Utter "Ah Ah Phat (藏文：ཨ་ཨ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：अःअःफट，梵文罗马拟音：ah ah phat，汉语字面意思：Ah Ah Phat)."

Rest in equipoise for a moment. Furthermore, visualize the western sky as a red realm formed from the self-radiance of Discriminating Wisdom, an immeasurable expanse, the Great Blissful Land of Akanishta where all the heroes, dakinis, and vidyadharas of the Padma family gather. Merge yourselves completely into it and generate the conviction of having attained enlightenment as the embodiment of Amitabha Buddha. Point the threatening mudra towards the west.
