Then, to infuse the object of focus into it, or to make it indistinguishable from the water in the vase, is also a long-life empowerment. Such a method also accords with the meaning of the treasure text, "Vajra Words," which states, "The outer is the vase, the inner is filled with nectar; the secret meaning is the lotus, Amitayus." In the context of the instructions, it is permissible to explain only self-generation, but as a supplement, a slight mention of the method of front generation is made, which is the third meditation session. Thus, combining the three meditation sessions of the long-life instructions into one large session constitutes the ninth meditation section of the main practice of the deity yoga of the generation stage. Next, the second general topic, the special instructions related to the generation stage, will be discussed. That is, in the root text of the treasure text, the methods of practice for the three yogas are systematically explained. The meanings of Maha, Anu, and Ati Yoga are established as generation, completion, and great completion, respectively. Here, completion and great completion also seem to be explained in a way that is related to the generation stage. The directly explained completion and great completion are the instructions on tummo and spontaneous perfection of primordial purity, which will be explained below. What is to be explained here is that it is taught as a way related to the generation stage, that is, Anu is practiced in the manner of the completion stage, and Ati is familiarized in the manner of great completion, these two methods. The first method is again transformed into the path by three methods: familiarizing the body and mandala without separation, and dissolving into the dharmadhatu of clear light yoga, these three methods. Among them, the first method, as stated in the sixth chapter of the root tantra of the treasure text "Vajra Words": "The completion stage of Anu Yoga, in the four activities, clarify samadhi." And the practice of the three yogas, as stated in the Supreme Yoga: "Dwelling in the generation stage of one's own lotus blazing with light, all appearances are deity bodies, all sounds are secret mantras, all thoughts are dharmata, all places of dwelling are palaces, all companions are yidam dakinis, all activities do not deviate from the great perfection of dharmata." Thus, as explained in the main practice section of the deity yoga of the generation stage, one should familiarize oneself for a long time with the clear, stable, and pure form of Guru Padmasambhava. Relying on this, the pacification of the mind can also be achieved accordingly. The natural appearance of the deity body is itself

This path's yoga is in accordance with the subsequent. Taking this method as the path, one employs three key points. Namely, seeing in this way, all appearances of form are like illusions, the very nature of the body of Guru Padmasambhava. All sounds that are heard, all appearances of sound, are indestructible, the very sound of Vajra Guru. All the activities of the mind, the multitude of thoughts, are recognized as the self-knowing, self-illuminating, free from elaboration, the very radiance of the nature of reality. Taking such faith as the path, without separation from self-awareness and mindfulness, one should practice like the flow of a river. By this, one can reverse impure clinging to reality, purify the obscurations of the three doors, complete the accumulations of merit and wisdom. Wherever one dwells is a palace, whoever one accompanies is a yidam deity, whatever one does becomes a play of the nature of reality, and so forth. It has immeasurable benefits. This is the practice of the first session. Thus, placing the mind on the three key points as much as possible, reciting without separation or union of body and mandala, as the Vajra words of the treasure text say: 'The light rays of oneself pervade all realms. All the qualities of the array of realms are inherently present in one's own body, inseparable from appearance and emptiness. The size and transformations of the body are not fixed.' Practicing as it is said, one's own three places are the nature of the three vajras. Light rays emanate from the three syllables, filling the inside of the body. From the body, five-colored light rays naturally pervade all realms, and light and realms are primordially inseparable, the naturally pure, not moving from the union, the sphere of reality. All the array and qualities of all realms are inseparable from one's own body, the essence of clear light, the vajra body, and abide as the nature of the great bliss that is inherently co-emergent. The transformations of the body are immeasurable in size and form, the possessor of all aspects, recognizing and ascertaining that it is inherently so. One should strive to remain in equanimity in that state. At that time, one should also strive to recite. As the Vajra words of the treasure text say: 'At that time, one should strive to recite with wind and mind.' Thus, relying on the combination of inhaling and exhaling wind in the three places, filling and emptying the subtle wind, and the coarse wind like a vase, relying on the three syllables or the root mantra, one should do the vajra recitation. Wind
