Maintaining the natural state, not letting the mind wander, and abiding in the self-arisen Vajra sound mantra is also important, so it is important to practice in conjunction with the above two, which is the second practice session. Next is the absorption of the clear light yoga into the Dharmadhatu: From the Vajra words of the Treasure Text, it says: "The completion stage with elaboration also melts gradually from top to bottom, cultivating the experience of one's own mind and the sky being inseparable and vast." This shows the direct holding of the clear light instructions. Again, like a fish leaping out of the water, cultivate the inseparability of appearance and emptiness, which shows that the result of clear light is made into the path of the union body. The subsequent dissolution is the experience of emptiness and clarity, one's own body disappears, and many signs of gaining control over the elements arise. This briefly explains the temporary benefits. That is, how to practice the whole holding in the beginning? Visualize yourself as the Guru's body, and then gradually disappear from the edge of the body and merge into the upper part of the body. The unbearable light also melts into a lump, and gradually merges into the three-fold deity, or merges into the letters of the three places (body, speech, and mind). Then, the wisdom of emptiness, the three seed syllables merge in order, and the syllable Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,seed syllable) merges into the end of the bindu and nada, and the mind abides in emptiness, non-duality, and great bliss. Repeat this again and again, and practice repeatedly, the prana merges into the central channel, it is difficult to age, longevity, recognizing death as clear light, and ultimately combining with the ultimate clear light, etc., the benefits are inconceivable. This is the meaning of the Vajra words of the Treasure Text, which is fully explained by the Guru's oral instructions and special whispered teachings. The subsequent dissolution yoga associated with this is: all external and internal things dissolve into light and merge into oneself. As mentioned above, dissolve it into clear light, and practice it as mentioned in the subsequent absorption of the fundamental practice of peaceful abiding. From emptiness, instantly rise again as the deity body, and as before, contemplate the meaning of the inseparability of the body and the mandala, and abide in it, which is very important for being the path of union. Combining these is the third practice session. Combining the third practice session of Anu into one large practice session is the tenth practice session of the main practice. Thus, the completion stage practice of Anu Yoga

Understand that the three, etc., are gathered in sequence, in accordance with the five stages. The three path practices are the three solitudes. The former inseparability of body and pure land is the illusory body. The stage of gathering the deity's form is clear light. Rising as a deity, the latter inseparability of body and pure land becomes the meaning of the union of learning. That is to say, the true inseparability of body and pure land is at the time of the union of non-learning. To fully master it in accordance with the method is at the time of the union of learning. To realize it as the general aspect of clear light is to know that it exists from the ultimate of mind solitude, up to what is known as the impure illusory body. At this time, in the Vajra words of the treasure text, it is said that no matter how many manifestations of Guru's form, such as the eight names, are shown, their essence is all gathered in the wish-fulfilling jewel, the lotus radiant light. Therefore, it is said with great reason that it is honored with the name of the gathering of all deities. Therefore, it should be understood that for this Dharma teaching of the gathering of all deities, there is no need for supplements such as the special practice of the eight names. Then, the second general meaning is to practice like Ati Dzogchen. In the Vajra words of the root tantra, it is said: "Ati, the great expanse, is the Guru Padma radiant light, it is not elsewhere." And in the text of its practice method, it is also said: "That which appears as the deity itself, the deity itself is oneself, oneself is the deity. If one realizes the mind itself, one becomes a Buddha, do not seek another Buddha outside the mind." It is also said: "Without practice, the self-arisen place from the beginning, without searching, holding it, one attains one's own ground. If one realizes it in this way, one is the master of Oddiyana, the lotus-born of the meaning of Dharma nature." It is also said: "Padmasambhava is also the radiance of one's own mind. One's own mind is free from the elaboration of the three times, the original purity without object of reference, the spontaneously accomplished great perfection, not abandoned by the Buddhas, not contrived by sentient beings. If one realizes this suchness, Padmasambhava and I have the same intention and attain Buddhahood." As it is said, the essence of one's own mind, the emptiness that possesses all supreme aspects, free from elaboration, unborn, and the unobstructed appearance of self-radiance, clearly appearing as the form of Guru Padma, this also does not exist apart from the emptiness of mind. The emptiness of mind also does not transcend the form of Guru, that is, the primordially profound and clear, indivisible bliss.
