Life-food, abundant with grains, adorned with sun and moon, Outwardly, the appearance is a continuous stream of life-grains, Inwardly, the appearance is the Life-Deities of the Three Kayas, Secretly, the treasure of deathless samaya substances. The life-arrow, adorned with vulture feathers and a garland of the Three Kayas, The immortal life-support, the precious red turquoise, Adorned with a clear mirror that illuminates appearance and existence, The silk brocade pennant flutters. Come here, abide here, Life-Deities of the Three Kayas! Dakinis of the four great elements, with samaya vows! Gather the life-essence of all outer and inner phenomena! Draw it here, infuse the essence into the support of life! If the life-force of flesh, blood, breath, and body is diminished, Gather the life-essence of earth, water, fire, and wind! Draw it here, nourish the diminished, increase the abiding! Bestow the siddhi of deathless life! Bestow the siddhi of vajra life!
