Also observe. Finally, visualize the Tsering (long life) garland as the nature of a deity, and place it on top of your heads. From the union of the long-life deity father and mother, a stream of bright white and red life nectar enters from your own Brahma aperture, filling the entire body. Restore the diminished life of the four elements, namely flesh, blood, warmth, and breath. Meditate on the flesh as Buddha Eye Mother, the blood as Mamaki, the warmth as White-robed Mother, and the breath as Damtsik Dolma (Samaya Tara), becoming the nature of a deity. After saying this, place the Tsering garland on the head. Visualize that the white and red bindu, transformed into the nature of life, dissolves into the crown of your heads, where you are visualized as the long-life deity father and mother, and enjoy it knowing the Tsering garland as accomplishment, inhale and fill. Hrih（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Hrih）! In the center of the clear Sindhu ocean of the Torma vessel! The Torma is the body of the lotus-born Vajra father and mother! The continuous garland of immortal nectar! Enjoy this essence of the Vajra life accomplishment! After saying this, begin to consume the Tsering garland. In this way, as you enjoy the Tsering garland and inhale, relying on the white and red life bindu that dissolved from the crown of the head, it dissolves into the sun and moon gau box in your heart, becoming inseparable from the heart-essence Hum（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum）, and finally the Hum（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum） also becomes a single white Ah（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Ah）. Meditate. After saying this, to stabilize it, give the life arrow, give the life pills, life wine, and vase water, and empower with Hayagriva. Visualize that your crowns are marked with the seal of Hayagriva's face, and from now on, no matter how subtle or coarse, obstacles to life will not be able to intrude. 明观本尊父母，母融入父。坛城之神与父也融入心间的智慧勇识。彼融入阿（藏文：ཨཿ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：ah，汉语字面意思：阿）。阿（藏文：ཨཿ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：ah，汉语字面意思：阿）自身也如彩虹消散于虚空般观为不可得，请安住于原始清净之状态，尽其所能。如此传达，稍顷安住于本然状态，乃是寿命隐藏、融入、增长、稳固之最殊胜者。如是获得灌顶后的次第是，经文中说：供养不缺转轮坛，尽力赎命于额间，施以日月之印记，此后不杀生，赐予不杀生之誓言律仪。如是所说等，根本与支分的共同与特殊誓言，断除杀生，尽力救护生命，心想如此，请复诵此句。主尊如何等，誓言承诺。圆满获得四种寿命灌顶的感恩供养，曼扎及身受用如常供养。以此等，获得不灭身语意三身种姓总集之四灌顶，究竟寿命意义灌顶。经文中说：特别是修持此法，能度寿命险境，延长寿命之量。一次灌顶能增一年寿命，有缘获得一百二十一次灌顶，能获得与上师无别的殊胜加持。如是所说等，具有广大之利益，故生欢喜，为自他成办广大之利益，并将善根回向于利他。以此福德等，以及回向祈愿吉祥等语，弟子们退散。三、后行之事，享用荟供，布施食子等，按照仪轨次第进行。甚深心髓宝藏之精华，不灭身语意三身种姓总集之，成熟解脱传承之行持身，以连接词语之庄严修饰。三根本慈悲之光芒驱散罪恶之黑暗，具有彻底消除体验证悟甘露之精华。于不灭新生莲花之喜悦园林中，愿具缘蜂群之幼童恒常嬉戏。如是词句精炼且意义深邃之金刚句之要义，为了让想要成熟相续者易于理解，

The sequence after receiving the empowerment is as follows: The text says: "Offerings are made without fail, the mandala of the assembly is turned, life is ransomed on the forehead as much as possible, the marks of the sun and moon are applied, and from then on, life is not taken. The vow of not taking life is given." As stated, the general and specific vows of the root and branches, abandoning killing and striving to protect life as much as possible, thinking in this way, please repeat this. The main deity, etc., promises the vows. As a gift of gratitude for perfectly receiving the four life empowerments, offer the mandala and body and possessions as usual. With these, the four empowerments of the immortal three bodies and the union of families are perfectly received, including the ultimate life meaning empowerment. The text says: "Especially practicing this, one crosses the dangerous paths of life and extends the measure of life. Each empowerment increases life by one year. Those who are fortunate to receive one hundred and twenty-one empowerments will receive the supreme blessing inseparable from the master." As stated, it has great benefits, so cultivate joy, accomplish great benefits for oneself and others, and dedicate the roots of virtue to the benefit of others.
