简略莲花生。智慧事业善妙如海藏，善于弘扬伏藏不变莲花不动尊，恩德无与伦比上师众等胜。战胜非时死魔之战场，为了救护未成有暇之众生，于无上三身种姓聚合之，自生仪轨次第于此述说。于此深法三身种姓聚合之自生，仅仅依靠也能成办不间断之常修，以及如是之念诵，是故依靠圣者之口传，简略略说如下。首先念诵三遍七句祈请文，迎请上师莲花生金刚父母连同坛城，以及根本传承之上师、持明、本尊、空行、护法等围绕。此时，皈依境如寿命事业身坛城般，于海螺屋内观世音，于心间观想邬金，马头明王头顶之种字，红色光点，亦甚为重要观想种姓主无量光佛。皈依：那摩！法身无量光，寿命之主；报身大悲之主观世音；调伏有情莲花生，化身；皈依三身原始之天尊。发心：我为等同虚空有情之义利故，修持三身原始之天众后，救脱众生于死亡怖畏中，安置于无上精华之地。如是念诵三遍皈依发心，清净自相续。皈依境化光融入自身无二无别，于未造作本然之状态中稍作安住。之后语诵（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）字，刹那间自明为（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）字，白红色泽光芒四射，下方海岛莲花茎之上，方便智慧双运日月垫中央，（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）字化为自性玛哈古汝，莲花生金刚一面二臂，右手持金色五股金刚杵，左手持充满不死寿命之甘露宝瓶，双足跏趺坐于不变金刚座上，其怀中无二秘密明妃，寿命天女空行母旃扎丽，白色一面二臂笑容灿烂，持寿命箭和

First, reciting the seven-line prayer three times, invite Guru Rinpoche, father and mother, along with the mandala, surrounded by the root and lineage lamas, vidyadharas, yidams, dakinis, dharma protectors, etc. At this time, the refuge field, like the life and activity mandala, is Avalokiteśvara in the conch shell house.
