摄受弟子之仪轨！纵为性命亦不舍，行持瑜伽士尊前，圆满灌顶智慧大权尊！ 念诵九遍。 此时，若于颈间安放时，需要新的秘密名号，则赐予种姓总集古汝力等名号，若原有已赐之名号，则复诵之而安名，此乃差别。 如是，面具显现为智慧之身真实，置于顶上为宝瓶灌顶。 置于颈间而赐予秘密名号为秘密灌顶。 置于心间而使上师与自心无别，此乃：心性不可思议之智慧，空明自性觉，非造作，从本初即是上师四身之体性而安住，以古汝之面具灌顶， 表征自性觉之体性，未曾为二障之束缚所染污，所表之义为普贤莲花生与一体而安住，然为净除显现之骤然垢染，表征符号之上师加持自他相续，当知此乃智慧智慧之灌顶。 由此生起乐明无分别之觉受，是为第四灌顶，即成就调伏有情之事业无量，是依事业面具之四灌圆满。 彼等之义与受持誓言之利益等是： 根本金刚语云： 根本义之灌顶有五相， 每一相各赐予四灌，共二十灌， 彼以二十相而成菩提， 于一切相中解脱分别念， 彼时于一切相中证悟圆满佛陀， 将灌顶大主尊上师， 身与受用无吝啬地供养， 为不离义之智慧相续故， 恒常持顶鬘力之身， 金刚铃杵莲花之器， 卡章嘎、扎玛茹与甘露， 持骨饰，以秘密印印持， 恒常于无人之寂静处修持， 于一切所生之初十供养， 于顶上观修上师而祈请， 莲花生我与不分离， 行为作风与十种法行相应， 心与觉性与上师之心相应， 显有轮涅融入大乐界， 今生来世中阴融入三身界， 疾病痛苦转为道之助伴， 万物

In this way, the mask, which appears as the actual body of wisdom, is placed on the crown of the head, which is the vase empowerment. Placing it on the throat and giving a secret name is the secret empowerment. Placing it on the heart and introducing the guru and one's own mind as inseparable is: The nature of mind is inconceivable wisdom, empty and clear self-awareness, uncreated, from the beginning residing as the essence of the four bodies of the guru, symbolized by the guru's mask empowerment. The essence of self-awareness, never stained by the bonds of the two obscurations, the meaning represented is that Samantabhadra Padmasambhava resides as one taste. However, in order to purify the sudden stains of transformation, the symbolic guru blesses the self and the disciple's lineage, knowing that this is the empowerment of wisdom and knowledge. From this, the experience of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality arises, which is the fourth empowerment, that is, accomplishing the immeasurable activities of taming beings, the four empowerments based on the activity mask are complete. The meaning of these and the benefits of upholding the vows are: The root Vajra speech says: The root meaning empowerment has five aspects, Each aspect bestows four empowerments, making twenty in total, Through these twenty aspects, enlightenment is achieved, In all aspects, liberation from conceptual thought, At that time, in all aspects, the supreme Buddha is realized, To the great self-master guru of empowerment, Offer body and possessions without poverty, In order to maintain the continuous wisdom of non-separation, Always hold the body of Skull Garland Power, Vajra bell and one island lotus container, Khatvanga, Damaru, and Amrita, Holding bone ornaments, sealing with secret mudras, Always practice in a deserted and solitary place, Make offerings on the tenth day of the lunar month to all that arises, Meditate on the guru on the crown of the head and pray, Padmasambhava and I are inseparable, Blend conduct and behavior with the ten Dharma practices, Blend mind and awareness with the guru's heart, Blend appearance and existence, samsara and nirvana, into the realm of great bliss, Blend this life, future life, and bardo into the realm of the three bodies, Take sickness and suffering as companions on the path, All things
