To the vidyadhara of complete maturation, and to Orgyen Vidyadhara Padmasambhava, to the lama of the vidyadhara lineage, I pray with devotion and longing. Please grant empowerment to your child. In the Akaniṣṭha Ghanavyūha realm, in the palace of five-colored light, the five victorious ones, the eight bodhisattvas, surrounded by ten male and female deities, the six gatekeeper deities, to the hundred families of the great secret, I pray with devotion and longing... Please grant empowerment to your child... In the great terrifying charnel ground palace, in the burning mountain of conch shells, the five blood-drinking wrathful deities, the eight classes of mamos and yaksha hosts, and the twenty-eight powerful goddesses, I pray with devotion and longing... In the pure realm of space and wisdom, in the charnel ground where the channels, winds, and bindus blaze, the Hayagriva and Vajravarahi, father and mother, secret wisdom, the white, red, and blue, and the hosts of Tara goddesses, the five classes of dakinis, wisdom activity accomplished, I pray with devotion and longing... Please grant empowerment to your child... In the dangerous charnel ground of the three realms, in the charnel ground of hundreds of millions of heaps, the field-protecting dakinis, the hosts of ging and rakshasas, and the glorious protectors, the seventy messengers, and those who carry out commands, etc., the ocean of oath-bound ones who hold the reins of good and bad, I pray with devotion and longing... Praying to Orgyen Kandro Pema Jung, dispel obstacles, Dharma-protecting Lama Lord, accomplish activities, oath-bound skull garland power, bestow upon the accomplished son the four complete empowerments, having perfected the generation and completion stages of union, grant blessings for the spontaneous accomplishment of the four activities, Guru's body, speech, mind, qualities, and deeds being equal, grant blessings to be like you, Lama, in a hundred billion universes of the three realms, grant blessings to emanate whatever taming manifestations are needed, may the accomplished son attain the siddhis that you, Guru, have attained, may the accomplished son emanate manifestations as you, Guru, have emanated, may the lineage be urged to purify lifetimes and births, may we be able to benefit beings and empty samsara. Having made this supplication, with reverence, generate weariness and devotion, generate renunciation and faith, abide equally with a non-dual mind, in any case, may the desired be accomplished. Having said this, Tso-gyal asked: If that is the inner supplication, what is the secret supplication like? Please speak, Maha Guru. Emaho! Listen, fortunate vessel, fortunate woman, thus obtain the secret supplication. Having said this, Guru transformed into Amitabha. On the crown of the head, Vajra Guru father and mother, surrounded by three hundred and sixty Vajra Dakinis; at the throat, Padma Guru father and mother, sixteen Padma Dakinis; at the heart, Buddha Guru father and mother, eight Buddha Dakinis; at the navel, Ratna Guru father and mother, sixty Ratna Dakinis; at the secret place, Karma Guru father and mother, surrounded by twenty-four Karma Dakinis. Furthermore, all the pores of the body were shown as the mandala of heroes and heroines, like an opened sesame pod, and he commanded: Emaho! In the pure realm of the three kayas, Orgyen Padmasambhava, the embodiment of all Buddhas, is surrounded by the assembly of three kayas yidams and dakinis, we pray to the assembly of Orgyen Dakinis, Guru, compassionate one, please bless us, we pray, bestow upon the son the four empowerments spontaneously accomplished.
