To the east, Guru Gingchen, with a clear white complexion, holds a damaru drum and a bandha filled with nectar in his right and left hands. To the south, Guru, the master of the four elements, with a blue complexion, holds a vase, Mount Meru, flames, and a wind lasso. To the west, Guru, who dispels the unruly, with a red complexion, wields an iron hook, lasso, club, and iron chain, and rings a bell. To the north, Guru Vajra Armor, with a yellow complexion, holds a sword in his right hand and an iron hook in his left. To the southeast, Guru, who protects from the fear of death, with a red complexion, bestows refuge with his right and left hands, holding a nectar-filled begging bowl. To the southwest, Guru, who subdues the delusions of the bardo, with a red complexion, holds a vajra, a mirror, and peacock feathers. To the northwest, Guru, who purifies rebirth, with a reddish-green complexion, holds a curved knife and a skull cup filled with nectar in his right and left hands. To the northeast, Guru, who protects all six realms of beings, with a white-green complexion, wields a nine-pronged vajra, khatvanga, and staff. All wear lotus hats, and on top of their secret garments, They wear large blue robes and red Dharma robes. With their two feet standing, accompanied by emanated retinues, they shower down accomplishments and dwell with radiant splendor. During the clearing of obstacles, in the space in front of oneself, amidst a swirling mass of rainbows and clouds, in the center of a precious palace complete with all characteristics, on top of an eight-petaled lotus, with four layers of petals, on a lion throne, a lotus, and a sun and moon cushion, sits the one who suppresses the phenomenal world, Padma Totreng Tsal.
