Vajra Transformation. I, Padmasambhava, wrote this down, instructing it as the daily practice of the heart essence of the royal father and son. I carefully wrote it on a flat yellow sheet and concealed it as a treasure in the Lotus Stupa. Samaya! Seal! Seal! Seal! Treasure Seal! Conceal Seal! Profound Seal! Secret Seal! Entrusted to the charnel ground mistress who protects the teachings, as well as the planet Rahula, and the three emanations of Pehar. In the final age, may I meet the son of my speech, Padmasambhava, who possesses five characteristics! Seal! Seal! Seal! I, the empowered Gar, transcribed this text carefully from the yellow sheet. It was done by one named Deva Sanskrita. From the heart essence of Orgyen Padmasambhava, the daily practice of the heart essence of the lord father and son: The Sadhana of Guru Dorje Drolo resides. Namo Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Hum! Homage to the powerful Vajra Force! I, Padmasambhava, did my own practice myself. In the treasure places beneath the earth of Tibet, although many heart practice sadhanas were concealed, this profound and crucial special characteristic, at the very end of the future kalpa, when people's lives are short and their resources are poor, when the age of strife and famine flourishes, when demons and goblins fill the land, when gyal 'gong and dam sri attack the lives of sentient beings and lead them to lower realms, at that time, the son of Padmasambhava's speech, a vow-holder with miraculous rebirths, will take birth in the western direction. At that time, the fierce Drobo Lod, will extract this secret sadhana from the treasure, and having practiced it, oneself and all others, will spontaneously attain the level of vidyadhara. Samaya! Seal! Seal! Seal! Homage to the deity of the most secret meaning! In order to subdue gyal 'gong and dam sri, the method of practice of Guru Dorje Drolo has three parts: First, perform the preliminary practices of refuge and generating bodhicitta. Second, contemplate all phenomena without exception as being of the nature of emptiness and compassion. From that nature, for the sake of sentient beings, cultivate immeasurable compassion of bodhicitta. From the nature of emptiness and compassion, on a lotus and solar disc seat, from one's own awareness HRIH (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉字字面意思:舍), visualize a golden phurba radiating light. From that, light radiates, subduing all dam sri, gyal 'gong, and misleading spirits. Offer offerings that please the Buddhas. Gather and dissolve, the phurba and seat, etc., into light, and from the fire, visualize the red-hot HRIH (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉字字面意思:舍). From that, visualize oneself as Guru, in the form of Dorje Drolo in monastic robes.

With a body color that is white and red, radiant and full of splendor, The right hand holds a vajra, bestowing refuge and protection, The left hand holds and brandishes a phurba (ritual dagger), Think of him as seated upon a tiger skin seat. That itself transforms into the complete state of abiding, Fierce and wrathful, Vajra Krodha Lod. With a body color that is dark brownish-black, adorned with monastic robes, Eyebrows that are red and yellow, blazing with fiery light, Hair standing on end, marked with an Aṃ (藏文:ཨཾ།,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable), glaring with hateful eyes, Ears adorned with beautiful conch shell whorls. A garland of fresh, bloody human heads with hair, A stream of blood dripping like a rosary, A lower garment of ochre-colored Dharma robes, With the right leg bent and the left leg extended in a dancing posture, Standing upon the skin of a tigress, From his body emanate immeasurable small wrathful ones, Meditate that he dwells in the midst of fire and wind. From the three places of that one—body, speech, and mind— Light radiates from the letters that mark them, From the self-existing abode and the southwest, From the palace of Padma Light, Invite the wisdom being and merge them inseparably. Offerings of the three mandalas, outer and inner, Offerings of medicine, alcohol, and balimta (sacrificial cakes), Offered through actual substances and mind-created emanations. Hūṃ! (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) The Sugatas (gone to bliss) all gathered, Vajradhara (the vajra holder), Krodha Lod, who subdues misleaders, The Dharmakaya (body of truth), all-pervading Samantabhadra (all good), Arouse the samaya (sacred bond) of self-awareness, the three roots. Misleading spirits and oath-breakers, without exception, Subjugate them, and body, speech, and mind, Reduce them to ashes and dust! By saying this, arouse the samaya, In the center of the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) at the heart, Think that the life-letters are encircling the essence. From the mouth, the sound of mantra arises, With the nature of sharp weapons, Subjugate, liberate, and employ in action, All misleading enemies, obstructors, and oath-breakers. Whatever is focused upon, magical knowledge arises, At times, with awareness full of vigor, Proclaim the mantra sound of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) and Phaṭ! (藏文:ཕཊ།,梵文天城体:फट,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:Phaṭ) This king of secret awareness-mantras, Will be accomplished by reciting seven million times. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ! (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:ओṃ आः हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ) Vajra Guru Krodha Lod Loka Sarva Hūṃ! Vajra Guru Krodha Lod Loka Sarva Hūṃ) At times, with this secret mantra weapon, Subdue arrogance and employ in action. Oṃ Vajra Sarva Duṣṭān Taka Hana Daha Paca Hūṃ Phaṭ! Oṃ Vajra Sarva Duṣṭān Taka Hana Daha Paca Hūṃ Phaṭ) Thus, in recitation, meditation, or dreams, Divine signs appear: an acharya (teacher) riding a tiger, Flames blazing on the body, holding weapons, Events such as killing sentient beings occur. At that time, the actions of killing, Should be done according to the secret small letter. In the completion stage, cultivate compassion for the enemy, For the sake of future beings, Do your own practice yourself. This hammer that destroys oath-breakers, As I, Padmasambhava, did, In the supreme place of the Yaksha (nature spirit) fortress, Erected the form of Vajra Krodha Lod.
