Grant the supreme and common siddhis. Fifth: On the lotus and moon in the heart of Hayagriva, the wisdom hero, the noble Avalokiteshvara, white and clear, with a peaceful smile, holding a supreme giving white lotus, adorned with complete silk and jewels, sits in a half-lotus posture. In the center of his heart, in the space of the sun and moon gau box, HRĪḤ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: 啥), surrounded by a rotating mantra garland, radiates light, offering to the noble ones, purifying the two obscurations of all beings, converging back and dissolving into oneself, obtaining the two kinds of siddhis, appearance and existence transform into the deity, mantra, and wisdom wheel. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Vajra Guru Padma Deva Ḍākinī Sarva Siddhi Phala Hūṃ. Recite this like a flowing river. If you are willing to recite each separately, visualize the lineage lord on the crown of the head, the wisdom hero in the heart, the peaceful and wrathful lama, the yidam, and the dakinis in order, and combine this with the visualization of radiating and withdrawing light. Oṃ Amāraṇi Jīvantīye Svāhā. Oṃ Maṇi Padme Hūṃ Hrīḥ. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Hūṃ. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Arcik Nircik Namo Bhagavate Hūṃ Hūṃ Phat. Āḥ Hūṃ Hūṃ Phat. Oṃ Hrīḥ Vajra Krodha Hayagrīva Hūṃ Phat. Ra Tsa Hri Ya Sarva Siddhi Hūṃ. Oṃ Vaṃ Vajra Bhara Hī Krodhi Kāli Hūṃ Phat. Hari Nisa Sarva Siddhi Hūṃ. Recite each of these separately, thinking that you are accomplishing the activity by commanding the Dharma protectors and guardians, and also recite whatever Dharma teachings are appropriate. If you are doing a longevity practice, hold the vase skullcup, which is the essence of Amitayus, the father and mother, in your left hand, and visualize the emanation and absorption of the goddess Mgyogsma, collecting and dissolving the essence of life, and recite: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Āyuṣe Hūṃ Nṛ Jaḥ. If you are mainly practicing the supreme accomplishment, straighten your body, visualize the three channels and five chakras clearly as usual, expel the stale air, and from the nature of the khaṭvāṅga Mandāra in your left elbow, generate red and yellow light of great bliss, which enters from your nostrils, touches the tummo below the navel, and with the burning fire, focus your mind on the bliss of the melting HAṂ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 航) at the crown of your head, and hold your breath, placing your awareness in a state of non-grasping. When rising from a session, recite the vowels, consonants, and the dependent origination mantra to make up for any deficiencies in the mantra and to stabilize the blessings. Make offerings and praises as before, and recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Third: incense offerings, torma offerings, tsog offerings, etc., are completed.
