总而言之，所有显现和存在的一切，本来就是五方佛的自性，虽然不在我之本性之外，但因理解智慧的能力弱小，未能完全领悟，请宽恕！过去岁月里积累的会供，以及会供和食物的供品不足，违背了金刚上师的心意，违背了誓言空行母的誓言，违背了传承和教言，我全部忏悔！见解未能达到极致，行为未能彻底放下，如果誓言破损，无法忍受惩罚，愿金刚食肉鬼饮用我的心血，免于短寿多病、财产损失、敌人恐惧，以及无间地狱极其恐怖的痛苦！ 我以誓言破损的忏悔，使所有破损和缺失都得以恢复，愿获得伟大成就的果位！三世诸佛请加持我！愿誓言得以圆满，空行母守护我！从无二秘密的本性中升起光明，如虚空般清净，虽然没有分别念，但愿以过去的誓愿力加持我，请向我展示如意宝身！愿从持明者的成就本性中赐予我成就！十方天人和非天瑜伽士们，永不违越金刚誓言，守护根本三处和二十五支，无论觉知与否、无明所致的誓言破损，愿我已因破损的过失所染！我以破损时痛苦的忏悔，愿瑜伽士誓言的破损得以弥补，愿获得伟大成就的果位！愿三界轮回的所有众生，都安住于平等金刚之列！愿空行母以慈悲心摄受我，愿破损的过失彻底消除，愿赐予身语意的成就！第三是立誓：嗡啊吽！ 如寂静逝者您一般，愿我也成为那样！行为殊胜不可思议，为了利益众生，我将行持！殊胜菩提心，以及身语意的印契，即使为了生命也不放弃，愿金刚之王加持！在这末法时代的世间，我将成办难以成就的佛业！我将行持难以行持的菩提行！金刚瑜伽的坛城

In short, all that appears and exists is inherently the nature of the Five Buddhas, although it does not reside outside of my own nature. However, due to the weakness of my understanding and wisdom, and the failure to fully realize it, please forgive me! The accumulated Tsok offerings of past years, as well as the inadequacy of Tsok and food offerings, conflicting with the Vajra Master's mind, violating the vows of the Dakini, transgressing the transmissions and teachings, I confess them all! The view has not reached its ultimate point, the conduct has not been completely abandoned, and if the Samaya is broken, the punishment is unbearable. May the Vajra Rakshasa drink my heart's blood, and may I be spared from short life, many diseases, loss of wealth, fear of enemies, and the unbearable suffering of the extremely terrifying Avici Hell! With the confession of broken Samaya, may all that is broken and lost be restored, and may I attain the fruit of great accomplishment! May the Buddhas of the three times bless me! May the Samaya be fulfilled, and may the Dakinis protect me! From the nature of non-dual secret, may light arise, pure as the sky, and although there is no conceptualization, may I be held by the power of past vows. Please show me the Wish-fulfilling Jewel Body! May the Vidyadhara's accomplishment be bestowed upon me from the nature of accomplishment! All the Yogis of gods and non-gods in the ten directions, the unwavering Vajra Samaya, the eternal treasure, the three roots and the twenty-five branches, whether consciously or unconsciously, the Samaya broken by ignorance, may I be stained by the fault of breaking! With this confession of suffering when broken, may the broken Samaya of the Yogis be restored, and may I attain the fruit of great accomplishment! May all sentient beings in the three realms of Samsara be established in the rank of equal Vajra! May the Dakini's compassion hold me, may the faults of breaking be completely eliminated, and may the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind be bestowed! The third is to make a vow: Om Ah Hum! Like the Peaceful Departed One, may I become like that! The conduct is extraordinary and inconceivable, and for the benefit of beings, I will practice it! The supreme Bodhicitta, and the Mudras of body, speech, and mind, even for the sake of life, I will not abandon. May the Vajra King bless me! In this world of the degenerate age, I will accomplish the difficult deeds of the Buddha! I will practice the difficult practice of Bodhi! The Mandala of Vajra Yoga.
