ཧཱ། 念诵七遍洗浴七法的明咒。寂怒尊的圆满是：嗡(藏文：ཨཱོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡)！ 意的识清净处，普贤的誓言圆满。法的自性清净处，普贤佛母的誓言圆满。五蕴清净处，五部佛父的誓言圆满。五大清净处，五部佛母的誓言圆满。八识聚清净处，八大菩萨的誓言圆满。八识境清净处，八大明妃的誓言圆满。身的四法清净处，四大怒尊的誓言圆满。常断四边清净处，四大怒母的誓言圆满。六烦恼清净处，六能仁的誓言圆满。吽(藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)！阿赖耶识法界清净处，大吉祥父母的誓言圆满。五毒烦恼清净处，五饮血父的誓言圆满。五大身清净处，五饮血母的誓言圆满。四相分别清净处，四大黑鲁嘎的誓言圆满。四生处清净处，四部忿怒母的誓言圆满。八变异聚清净处，八怒母的誓言圆满。八变异境清净处，八兽面母的誓言圆满。常断四边清净处，四门母的誓言圆满。种种分别清净处，二十八自在母的誓言圆满。不坏身誓言圆满。无碍语誓言圆满。不变意誓言圆满。功德无尽誓言圆满。事业庄严誓言圆满。智慧轮誓言圆满。所有违犯都得以圆满。所有分别障都得以清净。圆满后赐予加持和成就。如是圆满。 第二，如果愿意并且有能力，就按照寂怒尊自解脱的仪轨念诵六种忏悔，或者仅在此处念诵不可言说的忏悔智慧身圣尊。无论如何，都必须这样做，以强烈的忏悔心：吽(藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)！上师普贤无边法身，唯一明澈无生圆满报身，自解脱无碍种种化身，诸佛。

Hā. Recite the sevenfold vidyā of ablution seven times. The fulfillment of the peaceful and wrathful ones is: Oṃ. The mind's consciousness is in a pure state. Samantabhadra's samaya is fulfilled. The essence of dharma is in a pure state. Samantabhadrī's samaya is fulfilled. The five aggregates are in a pure state. The five victorious fathers' samaya is fulfilled. The five elements are in a pure state. The five victorious mothers' samaya is fulfilled. The eight consciousness aggregates are in a pure state. The eight bodhisattvas' samaya is fulfilled. The eight consciousness objects are in a pure state. The eight consorts' samaya is fulfilled. The four dharmas of the body are in a pure state. The four wrathful ones' samaya is fulfilled. The four extremes of permanence and annihilation are in a pure state. The four wrathful mothers' samaya is fulfilled. The six afflictions are in a pure state. The six thubpas' samaya is fulfilled. Hūṃ. The ālaya, mind, and dharma are in a transformed state. The great glorious father and mother's samaya is fulfilled. The five poisonous afflictions are in a transformed state. The five blood-drinking fathers' samaya is fulfilled. The five elemental bodies are in a transformed state. The five blood-drinking mothers' samaya is fulfilled. The four kinds of conceptualization are in a transformed state. The four Herukas' samaya is fulfilled. The four birth places are in a transformed state. The four Krodhī families' samaya is fulfilled. The eight transformation aggregates are in a transformed state. The eight wrathful mothers' samaya is fulfilled. The eight transformation objects are in a transformed state. The eight animal-faced mothers' samaya is fulfilled. The four extremes of permanence and annihilation are in a transformed state. The four gatekeepers' samaya is fulfilled. The various conceptualizations are in a transformed state. The twenty-eight Īśvarīs' samaya is fulfilled. The indestructible body's samaya is fulfilled. The unimpeded speech's samaya is fulfilled. The immutable mind's samaya is fulfilled. The inexhaustible qualities' samaya is fulfilled. The activity's adornment's samaya is fulfilled. The wisdom wheel's samaya is fulfilled. May all impairments be fulfilled. May all conceptual obscurations be purified. Having fulfilled, grant empowerment and accomplishment. Thus, it is fulfilled. Secondly, if one is willing and able, one should recite all six confessions according to the "Self-Liberation" of the peaceful and wrathful ones' space confession, or just recite the inexpressible confession of the wisdom body supreme at this time. In any case, this must be done with a strong intention of confession and resolution: Hūṃ. Lama Samantabhadra, the boundless dharmakāya, the sole, clear, unoriginated, perfect sambhogakāya, the self-liberated, unimpeded, various nirmāṇakāya, the victorious ones.
