I take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, the supreme objects of refuge. I will firmly uphold the vows born from the Buddha's yoga from this day forward. For the great and supreme Vajra family, I will also hold the mudra of the vajra bell in perfect truth. For the pleasing vows of the great and supreme Ratna family, I will always give the four kinds of generosity six times a day. For the pure and great Padma family, born from great enlightenment, I will uphold all three vehicles of outer, inner, and secret, the sacred Dharma without exception. For the great and supreme Karma family, I will perfectly uphold all vows, and I will do my best in the work of offerings. The mind of enlightenment is unsurpassed. From the moment I generate this sacred mind, for the sake of all sentient beings, I will uphold all vows without exception. I will liberate those who are not liberated, I will free those who are not free, I will relieve those who are not relieved, and I will establish sentient beings in nirvana. Recite the mantra vows three times, each separately, and then briefly according to one's own tradition. The empowerment of combining and purifying sins and obscurations: dispel obstacles with the wrathful assembly emanated from the heart, the mantra mustard seeds of Vishva, and projectiles.
