Do not do that, I will ripen and liberate you with Dharma. In the past, in this place, a solitary realizer practitioner, Named Purna Jnana, when he obtained a body, Displayed a maroon monastic robe in the sunlight, Letting birds peck lice into it, He discarded that result in a lice hole. When a foolish, mute animal obtained a sheep's body, He swallowed many frogs alive in this place, That result fell into a frog hole. Karma and cause and effect are not wasted. Therefore, you should be careful about subtle karmic results. Thus, he spoke much about the principles of cause and effect. After that, entrusting the translation of Dharma to the translators, Vairotsana prophesied Yudra Nyingpo and, The king's daughter, Yudra Paldron, In addition, he gathered other noble and wise people, From among many, seven translators emerged: Zla-od Zang and Tsewang Chögyal, and, Mani Donyö, Puna Pala, four. Kunga Dondrup, Pandit Prajna Bajra's name, Surya Mangala, the minister's son, seven in total. Having taught them translation, they became proficient and wise. First, they translated the Vinaya, Sutras, and Lamas, As well as the Naraka Dongtruk, which purifies the lower realms, and, The Donyö Zhakgyu Tantra, the Lotus Immaculate Sutra. In addition, they translated countless Sutra Dharma teachings. Secret Mantras and the Great Hundred Thousand Tantras, Tummo and Dzogchen Semde, and, Longde Mother and Son, and many Menngagde teachings. One hundred instructions on the seven essences of benefit, Acharya's evil mantras, subjugation, and illusions were also translated. All the men and women of Tsawa Rong gathered, They offered and praised Vairotsana. In Vairotsana's biography, "The Lotus Joyful Garden," Chapter Eleven, which tells the story of the Queen turning the Wheel of Dharma in Tsawa Rong. After that, all the local people were happy and admired, They revered Vairotsana as their Lama, and listened to the Dharma, Everyone was satisfied by the ripening and liberation of Sutra and Mantra. Soon after, the king was afflicted with illness, The ministers conferred and went to the master.

Venerable One. The great translator Vairochana himself. King of Dharma, Doje Nakpo himself. Being unwell, afflicted by illness. I would like to ask what is the cause, and whether there are obstacles to life? What kind of reversal rituals are needed? Vairochana replied, the power of cause and effect is strong. I was initially affected by slander and obstacles. This is the cause for Your Majesty being afflicted by illness. Performing the Hell Exhaustion Ritual will be helpful. After speaking, the ministers happily returned to their respective places. Vairochana performed the Hell Exhaustion Ritual. The king prostrated and recited the Vajrasattva Hundred Syllable Mantra. He offered incense, lamps, and one hundred thousand torma offerings. He made countless kinds of offerings. He filled a warehouse with food and wealth. He gave to all the poor people, so that they lacked nothing. Around the palace, he built one hundred and eight stupas. He gathered many craftsmen to lay the foundation and begin construction. Vairochana gave the Vajrasattva Solitary Hero Empowerment. Three days later, the king was freed from illness. The queen, ministers, and people all felt at ease. After that, the king said: Great Teacher Vairochana. Because of your kindness, the people of the Charong region have entered the Dharma. I have also been freed from death and obstacles to life. He spoke many histories of gratitude for his kindness. He offered robes, begging bowls, skirts, and so on. All the beautiful monastic utensils. It would be good if there was a monastic community of monks and a community of mantra practitioners here. From among the many people, he selected two communities. Please grant them vows and commitments. Vairochana said it is good, let it be done. Three hundred monks, led by Yudra. A community of mantra practitioners, led by Dudul Dorje. Divided into seven hundred and twenty-five people. He separately granted the vows and commitments of Sutra and Tantra. They lived on the left and right sides of the king's palace. King of Dharma, Doje Nakpo. He gathered the main members such as internal and external ministers. Now, because of the kindness of the teacher Vairochana. Two great communities of Sutra and Tantra have settled. He discussed with the ministers about building a temple. The ministers said that doing so would definitely be good. He reported to Vairochana and asked him to give instructions. He discussed gathering all the people now. After that, the king personally asked Vairochana. Please perform the earth taming ritual and bless it. After that, it was the Earth Dragon Year.
