Not believing in Bon and delighting in Dharma, it is difficult to say anything. Tara Lhugong also had a minor offense, but was sentenced by the royal law and demoted to a commoner. Do not be too rash, it is not appropriate to say whatever comes to mind. After such discussions, they felt at ease. From the "Biography of Vairochana, The Joyful Garden of Lotuses," the tenth chapter, which tells of the Bon ministers slandering and the queen being exiled to Tsawa Rong. Then, the great translator Vairochana himself, having attained swiftness of foot, went to Queen Tsarong. In a forest of trees, in a garden of flowers, a troop of monkeys gathered and played. He went to that very delightful and joyful place. There he practiced the Vidya Goddess for seven days. The flocks of birds and monkeys collected fruits and offered them to the great master Vairochana. The Precious Crown Tantra, Purifier of the Lower Realms. He taught the Dharma to the monkeys and stayed there, while the king of that land was capturing wild animals alive. Seven hunters came to hunt deer. They saw the monkeys listening to the Dharma and offering fruits, and thought they should capture them and offer them to the king. Vairochana made the seven hunters stiff, and they could not run or walk, and remained there. The valley's name became known as Rengka. At dawn, the seven hunters returned to their homeland and told the king what had happened. The king said, "That must not be an ordinary person, could it be the local deity Yutsema?" Whatever it is, go and see, and if he is there, bring him back. The minister sent over a hundred soldiers and conveyed the king's command, ordering them to do so. The soldiers went to check and found him there, so they conveyed the king's command, saying, "You must leave now." Vairochana said, "You are so pitiful, wearing armor and holding stones and weapons in your hands. You consider me an enemy, but I am not afraid. However, because of past karmic connections, you are not my enemies, but my welcomers. Go to the presence of King Dokzher Nagpo." Having said this, he went with the soldiers. The king's palace was called "Gleaming Peak," vast in size and made of fine materials. There, Dokzher Nagpo, who ruled the kingdom, resided. He had seven queens but no sons, and was surrounded by a hundred outer ministers and ten inner ministers. He enjoyed abundant wealth and power, and had many servants. In a courtyard outside the gate of his palace, Vairochana

From where was the history reported to the king? The king and ministers deliberated, whatever this may be, because it is different from others, it is difficult to distinguish good from bad, so what it is initially needs to be tried and explored. It was thrown into the louse hole of Tsawa Rong, and left for seven three-day periods, a total of twenty-one days. After that, when they looked, nothing had harmed him, and his body was radiant, blazing with light, and he remained. It was reported: He is staying like this in front of the king. This is different from others, it is a special and wonderful one, it may be my son without descendants, please inquire about the history and see what it is. The minister Ngawang Pelden went forth and asked: What is your name? What is your lineage? Where do you come from? Where are you going? What is your wish? He replied: My name is Vairochana (Tibetan: བཻ་རོ་ཙ་ན་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वैरोचन, Sanskrit Romanization: Vairocana, meaning: Illuminating Everywhere). My lineage is the lineage of the body of Vairochana Buddha, my clan is Apo Dong, and I come from Tibet. There is no place to go and no other purpose, because it is a continuation of past karma, I am here to subdue this place, so I come to teach the true and sacred Dharma. When this was reported to the king, he said: That person is not the same as everyone else, he is far superior, he is a son of the gods or someone with magical powers. He stayed in the cruel toad hole for seven days, if he has not died, he is my son. He said: Whatever he says, I must carry it on my head and follow it. He was thrown into the toad hole, and after seven days had passed, the king, ministers, queen, and retinue went to see him. The king's body was not harmed in any way, and he was residing as an ornament on the head of Vairochana Buddha. All the turtles were facing outwards. Feeling amazed, they took him out of the hole. The king regretted, was terrified, and wept bitterly, saying: To the emanation of Vairochana, the true Buddha, I have done inappropriate things, I am so wicked. He bowed at his lotus feet with his head and honored him as his lama. The king himself offered his hat, clothes, and shoes, and invited him to the top of the palace, preparing a hundred kinds of food. On the eighth day of the waxing moon of Saga Dawa (Tibetan fourth month), the king, ministers, queen, subjects, etc. gathered and offered a mandala of gold, silver, jewels, and various other things, and requested him to teach the Dharma, saying these words: Alas! Great Vidyadhara Vairo (Tibetan: བཻ་རོ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वैरो, Sanskrit Romanization: Vairo, meaning: Light)! Though we practice, we cannot achieve it, though we search, we cannot find it, due to the power of karma, we have met you, a great person. Please teach the true and profound Dharma, and we, the king, ministers, queen, subjects, and retinue, will ripen and be liberated, and will not leave anywhere before our lifespan is exhausted.
