I know. The two ignorances are purified in their own place. Like waking from a dream or ice melting into water. The result is the three bodies of the Buddha: The self-appearance is the Dharmakaya, free from elaboration; The other-appearance is the two forms of the Rupakaya. This is how sentient beings are liberated. From the ground, the unborn nature of reality, Why are sentient beings confused? They are oppressed by the sleep of ignorance's obscuration. They wander in samsara like a dream. In reality, the Dharmakaya is not stained. Because ignorance is the cause, And karma, afflictions, and habitual tendencies are the conditions, The three realms and six destinies revolve. Experiencing the suffering of samsara. This is no different from dreams. The confused appearance caused by ignorance, The dream caused by the condition of sleep, And the three illusions of yoga mantras, There is not even a particle of difference between these three. Through the three aspects of cause, condition, and interdependence, These are the three illusions of the false conventional truth. The current three realms of samsara, And the three realms of samsara in a dream, There is not even a particle of difference. The current enemies, friends, food, and wealth, And the illusory enemies, friends, food, and wealth, There is not even a slight difference. Killing Devadatta today, And killing a sacrificial offering in a dream, There is not even a subtle difference. Killing Shridatta today, And the illusory killing of Indra, There is no difference, all beings. Practicing the ten virtues today, And practicing the ten virtues in a dream, The two are actually no different. Committing the ten non-virtues oneself, And the illusory committing of the ten non-virtues, There is no difference, all yogis. Appearances, dreams, and illusions, Do not grasp them as real, all fortunate ones. On the illusory appearances that appear as non-existent, Do not be attached, all beings. Waking up dispels sleep and awakens from a dream, Breaking the yoga mantras liberates the illusion, Likewise, with the guru's instructions, When one's own mind is clearly realized, The great sleep of ignorance's obscuration, Like a dream and illusion dissolving, The confused appearance is completely extinguished. From beginningless lifetimes, In reality, one has never moved from the realm of reality, Realizing that nothing has ever been done. The confused appearance is liberated into the Dharmakaya. Like a snake's knot. The mind of dualistic grasping, like a knot in the sky, is untied. Like a thousand umbrellas rising in the darkness, The darkness of ignorance is completely dispelled.

Like a poor person meeting a treasure, one's own mind meets the treasure of the Buddha. Like a small stream reaching the ocean, samsara and nirvana merge into one. Like iron being turned into gold, suffering arises as unadulterated bliss. Like a merchant returning to his homeland, one gains the natural state of great accomplishment. That is the kindness of the accomplished guru! Although samsara and nirvana are not established in ultimate truth, If one practices Dharma in a dreamlike illusion, One will manifest enlightenment in a dreamlike illusion. If one commits evil deeds in a dreamlike illusion, One will go to hell in a dreamlike illusion. In the definitive meaning, there is nothing. Thus, appearance is without foundation, In the appearance of uncertainty, awareness, Each has a definite Atang, What appears later as before? This is due to the consciousness of habitual craving, The two, before and after, merge into one. Due to the merging of similar kinds into one, Clinging to it as existent, Habituated to constant realization, Therefore, clinging to it separately, From similar things, other confusions arise. The appearance of non-existence as existence, This is one's own momentary consciousness, The former acts as the object of perception, The latter acts as its holder. The clinging arises, thinking the non-existent is existent. That clinging itself is the cause of samsara. Therefore, through the guru's instructions, Knowing phenomenal existence as illusion, Settle one's own mind without confusion. That is also from the Second Examination, Not spoken by others, but co-emergent. It cannot be found anywhere, Relying on the guru's final instructions, And knowing from one's own merit. Thus it is said. Phenomenal existence is a dreamlike illusion, in the Second Examination it says: Like an illusion, like a dream, Thus examine manifest knowledge. Like a dream, like an illusion, Like the existence of the bardo, Always accustomed yogis, Thus desire the mandala itself. Thus it is said. Again, it says in the same: If there is a dream with elaboration, Then meditate on elaboration itself as non-elaboration. Like a dream, like an illusion, One should examine it as the object itself. Thus it is said. Also in the Perfection of Wisdom Sutra it says: All dharmas are like dreams, like illusions. The fully enlightened Buddha is also like a dream, like an illusion. If there is a dharma superior to it, it is also like a dream, like an illusion. Thus it is said. Conventional truth is a dreamlike illusion, In ultimate truth, it is free from elaboration.
