It is like this. This is to cut off the root of delusion. To place one's own mind on the scales, from beginningless time, due to delusion from not knowing one's own nature, the three lower realms have been taken as a permanent home, experiencing suffering for countless eons, and obtaining the status of gods and humans is only occasional. Now do not waste this precious leisure. Obtaining this body endowed with perfect leisure is so difficult, yet so easily destroyed. The characteristic of conditioned phenomena is impermanence, and the suffering of samsara has no end. If you do not cultivate the supreme Bodhi, are you not afraid of the three lower realms? Are you not afraid of birth and death? Have you not yet turned away from samsara? Are we ourselves not growing old? Have you not felt the death of others? Are you not seeking the land of liberation? One's own home is the prison of demons, relatives are the robbers of demons, and food and wealth are the ropes of demons. Now, if you want to be liberated from demons and attain happiness, leave your home and go to practice the Dharma. From beginningless lifetimes, for the external five desirable qualities, we have been happily and joyfully chasing after them, and until now we are still wandering in samsara. Now let go of attachment and practice, do not strive for food and clothing. This body composed of the four elements, from the outside it looks like a frame of bones, from the inside it looks like an impure container, filled with pus and blood like a stream, the intestines are full of impure odors, it is the fortress of four hundred and four diseases. Do not rely on it too much, let go of worldly affairs and practice. From the ocean of suffering of samsara, what liberates is the guru's boat. The true virtuous friend, protects vows and precepts, is proficient in emptiness, has great compassion, and is not confused about the meaning of wisdom. To such a supreme guru, with body, speech, and mind, without reservation, from the depths of your heart, make him happy, and thereby receive blessings. The supreme disciple of the lineage should also have strong faith and few afflictions, great wisdom and little attachment, strong devotion and few activities, and possess vows, compassion, and generosity. Not keeping this life in mind, through the auspicious coincidence of inner and outer conditions, meditation arises with warmth, and the nine constituents gather. The gathering of the three constituents causes the warmth to arise, the experience of warmth is clear and bright, like the sky without clouds. The Lord of the Mind, the Bhagavan, realizes the co-emergent wisdom. The ultimate bliss of all Buddhas of the past, present, and future,

Is the great bliss dharmakaya. The innate wisdom of great bliss, Is the precious guru's intention. The innate intention of the guru, Is the pure mandala of one's own mind. Guru, Buddha, and one's own mind, When not realized are different, When realized are not two but one. This vajra of awareness of one's own mind, When viewed from the outside has no similarity, When viewed from the inside has no inherent nature. The meaning of not being anything, The realm of not being non-existent. When examined and analyzed, no entity is established. Shape and color transcend objects, If touched by the mind, it turns into poison. Therefore, rest in the unmade natural state. Obscurations, dullness, agitation, all afflictions, When left in their own state, are liberated in their own state. Samatha-vipassana and vipassana are two aspects. At first, it is like a mirage, a mere illusion, Through practice it becomes clearer and clearer. When diligence turns into proficiency, There is no difference between samatha-vipassana and vipassana, It is the yoga of a continuous stream. Realize that delusion is without foundation, Appearances arise as the great mudra. This also comes from practice and familiarity, Therefore, cherish diligence. It is the dharma-nature of the primordial Buddha, Rest in a state unpolluted by sudden delusion. Conceptual thoughts dissipate and go like clouds. The root of both samsara and nirvana, Is also the realization and non-realization of one's own mind. If the mind is confused in duality, it is samsara, If realized as non-dual, it is Buddhahood. If one looks at external delusion, it is afflictive samsara, If one looks at the nature of the inner mind, it is wisdom. If there are many mental activities, it is conventional truth, If the mind rests in its own state, it is ultimate truth. The root of supreme and common attainments is the guru, Pray without interruption. The root of experience and realization is devotion, Do not be superficial, generate heartfelt longing. The ultimate root is one's own mind, Do not let the mind wander, hold it with mindfulness. The root of enlightenment is the three wisdoms, Do not be lazy, accept it. The pure land of the Buddha is faith, Abide in unchanging stability. The root of liberation is diligence, Do not be lazy, accomplish it quickly. The joy of a yogi, Is to be born in a solitary mountain hermitage, Do not seek offerings, practice asceticism. The profound interdependence of cause and effect, Is clarified by the purification of the defilements of one's own mind. Stay alone and practice. Explaining the Dharma with selfishness, And psychic powers, towns
