་མ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ལྕགས་ཀྱིས་ཕྲུ་བ་དཔག་ཚད་དུ་མ་ཡོད་པ་ཚ་ཞིང་རབ་ཏུ་ཚ་བའི་ནང་དུ་བཅུག་ནས་བསྐོལ་ཞིང་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྐོལ་ཏེ། ཉ་བཞིན་བསྲེག་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །ཡང་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་གསལ་ཤིང་འབར་བ་གཤང་ལམ་ནས་སྤྱི་བོར་ཕྱུར་ངོ་། །གཞི་དེ་ལས་ཁ་དང་མིག་ལ་སོགས་པའི་བུ་ག་ཀུན་ནས་མེ་ལྕེ་འབར་ཞིང་རབ་ཏུ་འབར་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཡང་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་ས་གཞི་ཚ་ཞིང་རབ་ཏུ་ཚ་བ་ལ་གན་རྐྱལ་ལམ། ཁ་སྦུབ་ཏུ་བཞག་སྟེ། ལྕགས་ཀྱི་ཐོ་བ་མེ་འབར་བས་བརྡུངས་ཤིང་། རབ་ཏུ་བརྡུངས་ཏེ་དམྱལ་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །གཞི་དེ་ལས་ཡུན་རིང་པོར་སྡུག་བསྔལ་མྱོང་བར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། ཇི་སྲིད་སྡིག་པའི་ལས་མ་ཟད་ཀྱི་བར་དུའོ། །དེ་བས་ན་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་དེ་ནི་ཚ་བ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། ། དེ་ལ་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་ཆེན་པོ་རབ་ཏུ་ཚ་བ་ན་ནི། བྱེ་བྲག་ཏུ་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་གསལ་ཤིང་རྩེ་གསུམ་པ་གཤང་ལམ་ནས་བཅུག་སྟེ། རྩེ་མོ་གསུམ་པོ་ཕྲག་པ་གཉིས་དང་། སྤྱི་བོར་ཕྱུང་སྟེ། གཞི་དེ་ལས་ཁ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་བུ་ག་ཀུན་ནས་མེ་ལྕེ་འབར་བ་འབྱུང་ངོ་། །ཡང་ལྕགས་གླེགས་པ་ཚ་ཞིང་རབ་ཏུ་ཚ་བ་འབར་ཞིང་ཀུན་ཏུ་འབར་བ་དག་གིས་ལུས་ཡོངས་སུ་བཀྲི་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །ཡང་ལྕགས་ཟངས་ཆེན་མོ་འགྱུར་བྱེད་ཀྱི་ཆུ་ཁོལ་བས་གང་བའི་ནང་དུ་སེམས་ཅན་དེ་དག་སྤྱི་བོ་གཙུག་ཏུ་འཇུག་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །བཅུག་ནས་ཀྱང་བསྐོལ་ཞིང་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྐོལ་ཏེ། ཀེང་རུས་འབའ་ཞིག་ལུས་པར་གྱུར་པ་དེའི་ཚེ་ཡང་ཕྱིར་དབྱུང་བར་བྱེད་ཅིང་། ལྕགས་ཀྱི་ས་གཞི་ལ་འགྲེམ་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་ལྤགས་པ་དང་། ཤ་ཁྲག་ཕྱིར་སྐྱེས་ནས་ཡང་འཇུག་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །ལྷག་མ་གཞན་ནི་ཚ་བ་བཞིན་ནོ། །གཞི་དེ་ལས་ཡུན་རིང་པོར་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཉམས་སུ་མྱོང་བར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། ཇི་སྲིད་སྡིག་པའི་ལས་མ་ཟད་ཀྱི་བར་དུའོ། །དེ་བས་ན། སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་དེ་ནི་རབ་ཏུ་ཚ་བ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། ། དེ་ལ་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་ཆེན་པོ་མནར་མེད་པ་ན་ནི། གནོད་པའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་འདི་ལྟ་བུ་ཤས་ཆེར་མྱོང་བར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། སེམས་ཅན་དེ་དག་ལ་ཤར་ཕྱོགས་ནས་ས་གཞི་དཔག་ཚད་བརྒྱ་ཕྲག་དུ་མ་ཡོད་པ་འབར་ཞིང་རབ་ཏུ་འབར་བ་མེ་ལྕེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་གྱུར་པ་འོང་བར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དེས་སེམས་ཅན་དེ་དག་གི་ཤ་དང་། ལྤགས་པ་དང་། རུས་པ་རྣམས་བཤིག་སྟེ། རྐང་དང་རུས་པ་ལ་ཐུག་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །དཔེར་ན། མར་མེའི་སྙིང་པོ་བཞིན་དུ་ལུས་ཐམས་ཅད་མེ་འབར་བས་ཁྱབ་པར་འདུག་གོ ། ཤར་ཕྱོགས་ཇི་ལྟ་བ་བཞིན་དུ། ལྷོ་དང་། ནུབ་དང་། བྱང་གི་ཕྱོགས་རྣམས་ཀྱང་དེ་དང་འདྲ་སྟེ། མེའི་ཕུང་པོ་ཕྱོགས་བཞི་ནས་འོངས་པ་རྣམས་སེམས་ཅན་དེའི་ལུས་ལ་འདྲེས་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། མེའི་ཕུང་པོ་ལྟ་བུར་སྣང་ལ། དེ་དག་ན་སྡུག་བསྔལ་མྱོང་བ་ན་བར་སྐབས་ཀྱང་མེད་དེ། ཉམ་ཐག་པའི་སྐད་འབྱིན་པ་ལས་སེམས་ཅན་ཡིན་པར་མངོན་པར་ཟད་དོ། །ཡང་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་ཞིབ་མའི་ནང་དུ་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་འདབ་མ་མེ་འབར་བ་དང་ལྷན་ཅིག་འཁྲབ་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །ཡང་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་རི་རབ་ཏུ་འབར་བ་ལ་འབབ་འཛེག་བྱེད་དུ་འཇུག་གོ །ཡང་ཁ་ནས་ལྕེ་ཕྱུང་སྟེ། ལྕགས་ཀྱི་ཕུར་པ་བརྒྱས་བརྒྱངས་ནས་ཐང་ཤ་ཆོད་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །ཡང་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་ས་གཞི་དེ་ཉིད་ལ་གན་རྐྱལ་དུ་དེ་བཞག་ནས་ཁ་ལྕགས་ཀྱི་འབྱེད་སྤྱད་ཀྱིས་ཕྱེ་ནས། ལྕགས་ཀྱི་ཐུ་ལུམ་འབར་བ་དང་། ཟངས་བསྐོལ་བ་བླུགས་པ་ན་དེས་ཁ་ཡང་འཚིག །ལྐོག་མ་དང་ནང་ཁྲོལ་རྣམས་ཀྱང་འཚིག་སྟེ། རོ་སྨད་ནས་འབྱུང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ལྷག་མ་གཞན་རྣམས་ནི་རབ་ཏུ་ཚ་བ་བཞིན་ནོ། །གཞི་དེ་ལས་ཡུན་རིང་པོར་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཉམས་སུ་མྱོང་བར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། ཇི་སྲིད་ལས་མ་ཟད་ཀྱི་བར་དུའོ། །དེ་བས་ན། སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་དེ་ནི་མནར་མེད་པ་ཞེས་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལ་འདི་དག་ནི་གནོད་པ་ཆེ་ལོང་ཙམ་སྨོས་པར་ཟད་ཀྱི། སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་དེ་དག་ན་དེ་ལས་གཞན་པའི་གནོད་པ་རྣམས་མང་པོ་སྣ་ཚོགས་པ་རྣམས་མེད་པ་ནི་མ་ཡིན་ནོ། ། ཉེ་འཁོར་བའི་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་དག་ན་ནི། གནོད་པའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་འདི་ལྟ་བུ་ཉམས་སུ་མྱོང་བར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་ཆེན་པོ་དེ་དག་གི་ཕྱོགས་བཞི་ན། རྩིག་ངོས་བཞི་དང་སྒོ་བཞི་ཡོད་ལ། ལྕགས་ཀྱི་ར་བ་དག་གིས་བསྐོར་ཏེ། ཕྱོགས་བཞི་པོ་དེ་དག་ན་ཡང་སྒོ་བཞི་ཡོད་ཀྱི། ཕྱི་རོལ་གྱི་སྒོ་རེ་རེ་ན་སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་ལྷག་པ་བཞི་བཞི་ཡོད་དོ། །འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། མེ་མ་མུར་པུས་ནུབ་ཙམ་ཡོད་ལ། སེམས་ཅན་དེ་དག་གནས་ཚོལ་དུ་འགྲོ་བ་ན། དེ་དག་གིས་དེར་རྐང་པ་བཞག་ན་ནི་ལྤགས་པ་དང་། ཤ་དང་ཁྲག་རྣམས་འཇིག་པར་འགྱུར་ལ། བཏེགས་པ་ན་སླར་ཡང་སྐྱེ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་དང་འདབ་འབྱར་ན། རོ་མྱགས་ཕྱི་སའི་འདམ་དྲི་ཤིན་ཏུ་སྣམ་པ་ཡོད་དེ། སེམས་ཅན་དེ་དག་གིས་དེ་ལ་འབོགས་པ་དང་། དེ་དག་དེར་སྒྱེལ་ཏེ། མགོ་དང་རྐང་པ་དང་བཅས་པ་བྱིང་སྟེ་འདུག་གོ །དེ་ན་སྲོག་ཆགས་འབུ་མཆུ་རྣོན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཡོད་པ་དེས། དེ་དག་གི་ལྤགས་པ་དང་། ཤ་ལ་སོགས་པ་འབིགས་པར་བྱེད་ཅིང་། རུས་པ་དང་རྐང་ལ་ཐུག་པར་འབྲུ་བར་བྱེད་དོ། །རོ་མྱགས་ཀྱི་འདམ་དེ་དང་འདབ་ཆགས་པ་ན་སྤུ་གྲི་གཏམ་པའི་ལམ་ཡོད་དེ། དེ་ལ་སེམས་ཅན་དེ་དག་གིས་ཕྱིན་པ་ན།

The jailers insert many iron awls into the extremely hot fire, heat them until red-hot, and then use them to pierce the sinners, roasting them like fish. Furthermore, they insert a burning iron rod from the sinner's anus, piercing through to the top of their head. From all the orifices of the sinner, such as the mouth and eyes, flames burst forth, burning intensely. They also place the sinner face up or face down on the extremely hot iron ground, and strike them violently with a burning iron hammer, causing them immense suffering. The sinner will experience prolonged and painful torment there, until their sinful deeds are exhausted. Therefore, this sentient hell is called the "Hot Hell." In the Great Hot Hell, the particular torment suffered by sinners is: the jailers insert a three-pronged iron rod from the sinner's anus, with the three prongs emerging from the two shoulders and the top of the head, and flames erupt from all the orifices of the sinner, such as the mouth. Furthermore, they repeatedly crush the sinner's body with extremely hot, burning iron plates. They also plunge the sinners headfirst into a large iron cauldron filled with boiling molten liquid, boiling them repeatedly until only a skeleton remains, at which point they are taken out and placed on the iron ground. Afterwards, the sinner's skin, flesh, and blood regrow, and they are plunged back into the cauldron. The remaining torments are the same as in the Hot Hell. The sinner will experience prolonged and painful torment there, until their sinful deeds are exhausted. Therefore, this sentient hell is called the "Extremely Hot Hell." In the Avici Great Hell, the suffering experienced by sinners is particularly intense. From the east, a vast land of hundreds of yojanas burns, transforming into a single flame that rushes towards the sinners, burning away their flesh, skin, and bones until only the marrow remains. Those coming from the four directions merge into the body of that sentient being, appearing like a heap of fire. They experience suffering there without interruption, only uttering cries of distress, thus revealing their existence as sentient beings. Furthermore, they are made to roll in iron filings along with burning iron flakes. They are also made to ascend and descend a burning iron mountain. Furthermore, their tongues are pulled out from their mouths and stretched with hundreds of iron nails until they are completely exhausted. Furthermore, they are laid supine on that very iron ground, and their mouths are pried open with iron tongs. When burning iron molten and boiling copper are poured in, their mouths are also burned. Their anuses and entrails are also burned, flowing out from their lower bodies. The remaining remnants are just as intensely hot. They experience suffering for a long time from that place, until their karma is exhausted. Therefore, that hell where sentient beings dwell is called Avīci (无间地狱). These are just a brief mention of the major harms, but it does not mean that there are no other numerous kinds of harms in those hells for sentient beings. In the neighboring hells, similar harmful sufferings are experienced. The four directions of those great hells have four walls and four doors, surrounded by iron fences. In those four directions, there are also four doors each, and outside each outer door, there are four additional hells. For example, there is ash fire that is about knee-deep. When those sentient beings go to seek shelter, if they place their feet there, their skin, flesh, and blood will be destroyed, and when they lift their feet, they will be reborn again. Adjacent to this, there is a mire of decaying corpses and excrement that emits an extremely foul odor. Those sentient beings will jump into it, and they will fall there, with their heads and feet submerged. There, there is a creature called sharp-beaked worm, which pierces the skin and flesh of those beings, drilling down to the bones and tendons. Connected to the mire of decaying corpses is a forest of razors, and when those sentient beings walk on it.
