Unspecified virtuous dharmas are established in the state of increase and decrease. These are divided into three: having seeds, having power, and having manifested. The first is: future dharmas that are innate, naturally able to arise and abide. The second is: future dharmas arising from cultivation, able to arise and abide when sought through conditions. The third is: any dharma whose own nature is presently abiding. Non-attainment is: being established in the state of not possessing any dharma. For example, just as the mindstream that has not attained the dharma of the noble ones is designated as an ordinary being. Homogeneity is: being established in the state where the aggregates of fruition of sentient beings are of the same kind. For example, just as the aggregates of humans are of the same kind as humans. The realm is first generated in the desire realm, and then in the form realm, the fruition is experienced. Again, in the same text, it says: "From the perspective of the person, it belongs to the continuum of an ordinary being. From the perspective of birth, first
