It is the nature of cutting off and holding. Second is the division, from the feeling arising from the contact of the eye aggregate to the feeling arising from the contact of the mind aggregate, there are six in between. Fourth is the aggregate of formation, divided into two: First, the characteristic of the aggregate of formation is: all conditioned phenomena transformed from the other four aggregates. Second is the division, the common categories of formation, as well as corresponding and non-corresponding formations. The first is: the forty-nine mental factors excluding feeling and perception. Non-corresponding formations are: fourteen such as attainment. The second aspect has three points: mind, the reason for determining the number of mental factors as forty-nine, briefly showing from the category aspect, and explaining in detail from the aspect of names. The first is: Why are feeling and perception separated as aggregates from the mental factors? Because feeling, by tasting flavors, is particularly attached to desire, thus causing disputes; perception, by being inverted, is attached to views, thus causing disputes. These become the root of disputes, and feeling is attached, and perception is inverted, thus becoming the cause of samsara. And the reason for the order of the aggregates, because of grossness and universal affliction. Like the meaning of containers, etc. As it is said, because it is the grossest, it is the reason for the order of universal affliction, like food and seasonings, and because they completely separate the two realms. Therefore, from other mental factors, feeling and perception are separated as aggregates. The second is: To which category does it belong? The five omnipresent factors that arise in the wheel of defiled and undefiled minds, as well as the five object-determined factors that only engage with specific objects, as well as the eleven virtues that have become completely pure in nature, as well as the six afflictions that afflict the mind from many doors, as well as the twenty secondary afflictions that each afflict the mind closely, and the four variable factors that transform into any of the three: virtuous, non-virtuous, and neutral, according to the power of friends. The third is a detailed explanation, divided into six parts, the first, what are the five omnipresent factors? That is, touch, attention, feeling, perception, and intention, which are always present in all minds, these are corresponding, these five.
