Furthermore, regarding the aspiration obscured by all other practices, through fully understanding its nature and classifications, the wisdom that pervades all beings of the three times without any hindrance is called the power of knowing various aspirations. Fourth, the power of knowing various realms is: The Buddha's different classifications of realms, the wise say that the nature of the eyes, etc., is the realm. The wisdom of the perfect Buddhas is boundless and can enter into the distinctions of all realms, which is considered a power. All the natures of the realms of the eyes, etc., that is, the characteristics of inherent emptiness, etc., for these distinctions or various classifications, the wisdom of the Buddhas enters boundlessly and unhindered, which is considered the power of knowing various realms. Fifth, the power of knowing superior and non-superior faculties is: Universal thought, etc., the most acute is superior, and the state of being mediocre and dull is called non-superior, as well as the ability of the eyes, etc., to accomplish each other. For all of these, unhindered wisdom is considered a power. Because it can control the arising of desire, etc., universal thought is a completely defiled faculty; because it can control the arising of purification, faith, etc., is a pure faculty. The most acute of these is superior, and the states of inferior and mediocre are called non-superior. And the nature of the twenty-two faculties such as the eyes, and the ability to accomplish results with each other, for the realization of these, the wisdom that enters without any attachment or hindrance is considered the power of knowing superior and non-superior faculties. Sixth, the power of knowing the paths to all destinations is: Some paths lead to the Victorious One, some to the Solitary Realizer, some to the Hearer Bodhi, some to gods and humans, some to hungry ghosts, animals, hells, etc. For these, unhindered and boundless wisdom is considered a power. Some paths lead beings to the three Bodhisattvas, such as the Victorious Perfect Buddha, and some paths lead beings to the five realms, such as gods and humans. For these paths, the wisdom that enters without any attachment or hindrance is

The power of knowing the path of going everywhere. The seventh, the power of knowing the defilements and purifications of meditation and so on is: The infinite world, the different kinds of yoga, the eight meditations and liberations, and whatever peace abides, whatever differences in samadhi, one and eight transformations, the unobstructed knowledge of them is said to be power. The four meditations and eight liberations of the different kinds of yogis who dwell in the infinite world, as well as the samadhi of peaceful abiding, the one-pointedness of virtue, and the differences in samadhi of ultimate abiding, how many of the nine that have become one and eight, and the causes of their defilements, such as ignorance and inappropriate attention, and the causes of their purification, such as other sounds and appropriate attention, whatever knowledge enters into them without obstruction is considered the power of knowing the defilements and purifications of meditation and so on. The eighth, the power of knowing the recollection of past lives is: As long as ignorance dwells, as long as the past abides, the self and other sentient beings, how many sentient beings in that existence, that many infinite bases and places, and whatever knowledge with aspects is said to be power. As long as ignorance dwells, as long as one is born into existence, one after another, without beginning, the self and other sentient beings, how many infinite ones, the births of the past dwelling times with bases, places, and aspects, whatever knowledge enters into them without obstruction is considered the power of knowing the recollection of past lives. The ninth, the power of knowing death and birth is: The death and birth of each and every sentient being of sentient beings, whatever lives in the world, reaching the edge of the sky, and the very bright one, the knower enters into it at that time, without attachment, completely pure, infinite power is allowed. The death and birth of each and every sentient being of the sentient beings who dwell at the edge of the sky in the world, whatever is very bright and has many aspects, whatever knowledge enters into it at that time by desire, without attachment, because it is completely pure in all aspects, it is without.
