Knowing the realm of sentient beings who are completely impure, with words of aversion to impermanence, suffering, selflessness, and impurity, he caused sentient beings who delight in samsara to generate aversion, thereby introducing them to the Vinaya of the noble ones. Merely with that, the Tathagata did not abandon diligence, but after that, with words of emptiness, signlessness, and wishlessness, he caused them to realize the conduct of the Tathagata. Merely with that, the Tathagata did not abandon diligence, but after that, with the words of the wheel of Dharma, the words of the three turnings of complete purification, he caused those sentient beings with various natures to enter the realm of the Tathagata. Thus it is said. In accordance with this, it is also said in the Tantra: Entering the path of the peaceful world, the form of the cause of complete maturation and prophecy, whatever it is, this is permanent, like the realm of form in the realm of space. Thus it is said. That's enough as an aside. Now, the main text itself will be explained. What is the nature of the two truths? What is the difference? How are they one and different? The nature is the two truths, conventional truth and ultimate truth. What is the nature of these two? In the Madhyamakavatara, it says: "All things are seen as true and false, there are two kinds of entities that are obtained, that which is seen as true is the ultimate, that which is seen as false is called conventional truth." As it says. Each of these dharmas from form to omniscience is aimed at holding two natures. Like this, whatever is obtained by the minds of children who enter naturally without investigation, and whatever is the nature obtained by the non-conceptual wisdom of the noble ones in meditative equipoise. The first of these is called conventional truth, because ignorance obscures the seeing of suchness, it is called conventional, and it holds it as true, and until the meaning of suchness is realized, it functions as it is held, and it does not deceive children. As it is said in the Madhyamakavatara: "Because the nature of ignorance obscures, conventional truth is inverted seeing, that which is seen as true is a false appearance, the Buddha said this is conventional truth,"

As it is said, "The object that has become earth is the conventional truth." Secondly, it is called the ultimate truth, because the non-conceptual wisdom of the noble ones enters into reality as it is, therefore it is called noble, because it is its meaning, and because it is not deceptive in all aspects. What is the meaning attained by the non-conceptual wisdom of the noble ones? It cannot be measured by the four extremes of existence, non-existence, both, and neither, and it cannot be pointed out to others through the path of verbal discrimination, like the bliss of a young woman. Because it belongs to the way that cannot be expressed by the self-aware wisdom of the yogi, it is not like the horn of a rabbit, which is completely non-existent, nor is it like the illusory appearance of delusion. There is no need to seek it separately from this, it can be experienced during meditation, but it cannot be pointed out during post-meditation. In short, it is something that cannot be established by any term. As it is said: The Root Wisdom of the Middle Way says: "It is not known from others, it is peaceful, and it is not elaborated by elaborations, it is without discrimination, its meaning is not different, it is the nature of its own nature." It is said. In reality, the terms ultimate truth, the realm of phenomena, and suchness cannot be established for this, but in front of other beings in the world, only for the meaning that the Tathagata cannot express, establishing terms such as suchness is only a means to guide those to be tamed. The sutra says: "In the Dharma without letters, who listens and who speaks? Adding to the unchanging, they want to listen and speak." It is said. As it is said: "If this object that appears is analyzed with reason, nothing is found. That which is not found is the ultimate, the nature of the Dharma that has always existed." Following what has been said, if this appearance of dependent origination is analyzed and examined with reason, the emptiness that is not established in anything, only this emptiness is the ultimate, so many who claim to be Madhyamikas in Tibet say this, which is very unreasonable. The Root Wisdom of the Middle Way says: "It should not be said to be empty, nor should it be said to be non-empty, it should not be said to be both, and not both, it is said for the sake of designation." It is said.
