Having faith in the way of proper conduct, Towards the virtuous friend who teaches such Dharma to others, Whether seeing or hearing them, I, without pretense, feel the hairs of faith stand on end. Even so, in this midst of snow mountains, The sun of Nagarjuna's treatises has set, The dark armies of eternalism and nihilism are closing in, The birds of prejudiced ghosts roam everywhere. Therefore, the Sage's teachings are diminishing, The forces of disharmonious defilements are growing stronger, Wise ones should strive to cleanse this situation. Whatever small virtue is gained from this effort, May it cause all beings, as vast as space, Those who have not attained the state of immortal nectar, To roam in the hundred-petaled garden of Nagarjuna's treatises, Be fully immersed in the essence of profound meaning's honey, May they proclaim the Dardar sound of profound emptiness!
