It is said, "Ra 'gyur." That is, the superior morality of the nature of the seven abandonments completely dedicated to Nirvana, and the superior mind of the nature of the meditative foundation that is consistent with the arising and substance of the noble path, and the superior wisdom that realizes the two kinds of selflessness, should always be studied. These three trainings are a complete method for attaining liberation, and because they are not inverted. Thus, morality matures the immature continuum, concentration suppresses afflictions, and wisdom liberates the mature by uprooting them. These are also the collectors of all trainings, such as the four defeats mentioned in the Pratimoksha, the thirteen remainders, the thirty expulsions, the ninety singles, the four confessions, and the one hundred and twelve misdeeds. The one hundred and fifty-odd trainings, that is, the two hundred and fifty-three trainings, are the superior morality, and will be included in these three. Therefore, one should strive to study these three. Fifth, guarding the memory of the body as the cause of it: The Powerful One, the mindfulness of contemplating the body, is said by the Sugata to be a single path to approach. It should be diligently guarded and manifested, because the loss of mindfulness will destroy all dharmas. It is said. Power is a word to call the king. Observing all states of body stretching, sitting, etc., is mindfulness of body contemplation. This is the only path of the Sugata, that is, it is said to be the road that is sure to be easily obtained. It is said in the sutra: O monks, this is the path that purifies sentient beings, transcends suffering and displeasure, realizes the Dharma of reason, and manifests Nirvana: that is, mindfulness of body contemplation. Therefore, this mindfulness of body contemplation should be diligently guarded and manifested because of its great necessity. If this memory is lost, all other virtues will also be destroyed, let alone those who can attain Nirvana? Third, obtaining the basis of it

To make it meaningful, there are three points. First, to contemplate the impermanence and meaninglessness of the body, thereby not being attached. As it is said: Life is full of harms, driven by the wind, even more unstable than a water bubble. Inhaling and exhaling, waking up from sleep, to have leisure, that is truly amazing. Thus it is said. The three realms are as impermanent as autumn clouds, the birth and death of beings is like watching a dance, the life of a person passes like lightning in the sky, flowing swiftly like water cascading down a cliff. Thus it is said. The life of a person is associated with many harms, such as harm from external humans and non-humans, and internal element imbalances, even more unstable than a water bubble blown by the wind. Exhaling after inhaling air, waking up again after falling asleep, having leisure, that is, having the opportunity to exist again without dying, that is truly amazing, it is merely accidental. Therefore, to explain that life is impermanent and the body has no core meaning worth clinging to. The body ultimately turns to ashes, ultimately dries up, ultimately rots, and ultimately becomes impure, without core meaning. It will be completely destroyed, swell, rot, please know that it has the nature of separation. Thus it is said. As the Blessed One said: Monks, relatives will cremate the body of a person who has died and passed away, or discard it in water, or bury it underground, or it will be dried by the wind and sun, or it will be eaten by various creatures belonging to the animal realm. Thus it is said. Therefore, cremation turns it into ashes, wind and sun ultimately dry it up, discarding it in water ultimately rots it, and being eaten by creatures ultimately makes it impure. Therefore, this body has no core meaning, it will be completely destroyed by fire, swollen by wind and sun, rotted and corroded by water, and eaten into pieces by creatures. Please know that it has the nature of separation. Since even stable things are ultimately destined to be destroyed, what need is there to mention the body? To illustrate this point, the earth, Mount Sumeru, the ocean, the seven suns, after being burned, these sentient beings, not even ashes will remain, let alone extremely weak humans? No need to say more.
