"What else is needed?" Thus it was said. Any solid and firm objects, such as the mandala of the earth, and Mount Meru with the seven golden mountains, and the outer and inner oceans, when the world is destroyed by fire, this sun will burn all the plants and forests. The second will dry up the streams. The third will dry up the uncooled ocean, including the four great rivers. The fourth and fifth will dry up the ocean to mere drops of water. The sixth will dry up not even a drop of water, causing the great earth with Mount Meru to become enveloped in smoke. When the seventh appears, it will become a single flame, burning everything, leaving not even ashes, as it is said. When seven suns rise and burn as a single flame, by the power of that burning, sentient beings, that is, solid objects with form, will also be destroyed, leaving not even ashes. What need is there to mention the extremely fragile human body? This impermanence is irresistible. That is what was said. Life is impermanent, and the body is without essence, therefore, one should become weary of samsara. To show this, it was said: "Therefore, all of this is impermanent and without self, without refuge, without protector, without abode, therefore, O best of men, may you turn your mind away from this samsara, which is like a water bubble, without essence." Thus it was said. Not only are things with form impermanent, but also, these five aggregates of appropriation are, as previously explained, impermanent and without self, without refuge from suffering, without a protector to help, and without a place to dwell in ordinarily, therefore, O best of men, may you turn your mind away, that is, become weary, of this samsara, which is like a water bubble, without essence. Second, thinking about how difficult it is to obtain leisure and endowment, one should make it meaningful: "Like a hole in a yoke in the ocean meeting a turtle, it is even more difficult to obtain human form from the animal realm, therefore, O lord of men, may you achieve its fruit by practicing the sacred Dharma." Thus it was said. When the world becomes a single ocean, a blind turtle that comes to the surface once every hundred years dwells there, and there is also a single hole in a yoke that is driven in all directions by the wind, for the turtle's neck to meet that hole and enter into it, than that it is even more

Moreover, it is extremely difficult to obtain a human body from an animal rebirth, because animals are foolish and cannot generate powerful virtuous deeds. This matter is stated in the sutra: "Monks, in a world that has become a great ocean, there lives a blind sea turtle that lives for a long time. It emerges from the surface once every hundred years. In that great ocean, there is a yoke with a single hole, which, when blown by the east wind, drifts to the west," and so on. The Blessed One taught: "Monks, there is a time when the blind sea turtle emerges from the surface and its neck happens to fit into the hole of that yoke. Monks, I say that obtaining a human birth is even more difficult than that." Therefore, the king should practice the sacred Dharma and make practice the essence, so that this human body has meaning. Therefore, the human body is extremely difficult to obtain, and if it is wasted, it is foolishness. To illustrate this point, it is said in the sutra: "Whoever uses a golden vessel adorned with jewels to pour out foul vomit, even worse than that is whoever is born as a human but commits sins, that is the most foolish person!" This means that if someone uses a vessel made of gold and adorned with various jewels to pour out excrement, urine, and other foul vomit, because it is used in an inappropriate place, it will be condemned in the world. So, even worse than that are those who are born as humans but commit sins, they are the most foolish, because the human body is more difficult to obtain than a golden vessel, and because sins bring inexhaustible evil consequences, sins are more reprehensible than foul vomit. Third, in particular, the king is exhorted to strive because he has obtained a special basis: "Dwelling in a suitable place, relying on virtuous people, having good wishes for oneself, and having accumulated merit in the past, you possess the four great wheels." This means dwelling in a place where the noble path can arise, dwelling in a place that is conducive to the noble path; associating with whom can reduce faults and increase virtues, relying on virtuous people; having good wishes for oneself, accomplishing things as desired, and having accumulated merit in the past.
