Therefore, apart from the Kalachakra, other tantras do not explain the conferring of the two higher empowerments merely through words, but require actual empowerment. Later commentators and scholars of India and Tibet have explained the paths of generation and completion stages in various ways, depending on the times. Since the unique vows of the Vajrayana and the precepts of the Vinaya mostly contradict each other, if one does not understand the key to the non-contradiction of the three vows, then merely verbally practicing as a monk who holds the three vows and is a Vajra Holder is just a name. There is much to say about this, but it is not something to be taught publicly. In the commentary on the Guhyasamaja Tantra, the state of No-More-Learning Union is established on the tenth ground, while the superiors consider that above the eleventh All-Illuminating Ground, which is traversed by the Paramita Vehicle, there exists a thirteenth Vajra Holder Ground, which is considered the same mistake. Establishing the No-More-Learning Union on the tenth ground is the minimum, and it is not to say that there is no thirteenth Vajra Holder Ground above the tenth ground. Although there is a thirteenth Vajra Holder Ground above the tenth ground, it is not attained by relying on other paths, but by abiding in the Union itself of the Mantra path, and for the common and uncommon disciples, through various manifestations such as the mandala wheel and the twelve deeds, one accomplishes only the benefit of others, and ultimately spontaneously attains the ultimate omniscience. At that stage, there is not even a single teaching for one's own benefit, and the benefit of others arises effortlessly and spontaneously, so there is no need to learn other paths, and because it is No-More-Learning, it is called Union. In the system that considers that there is a path to be traversed by Mantra above the eleventh All-Illuminating Ground, it must be admitted that the ultimate of the Paramita Vehicle path is an obscuration that cannot be removed by the Prajnaparamita. Although it seems that there are those who think so, even in the systems of those scholars who believe that attaining ultimate omniscience depends on the Vajrayana, and that the Paramita Vehicle cannot attain omniscience, they do not consider that there is a thirteenth Vajra Holder Ground above the eleventh All-Illuminating Ground. The difference of the tenth ground, and the uninterrupted path, establish the eleventh ground of Mantra as the eleventh Wisdom Ground and the Unparalleled Ground, and consider that the All-Illuminating Ground and the Vajra Holder Ground have the same meaning.

I do not want to be mistaken, but I consider it a mistake from the aspect that the forms appear as if they are cut off in the external world, and the nature of experiencing the appearance of consciousness as grasping, appears as if the grasped aspect and the grasping aspect are different. In the samadhi of the noble ones and in the state of the Buddha, there is no mistake of dualistic appearance, so even if the dualistic appearance ceases, the consciousness is true with aspects, so it is considered as wisdom with aspects. The false appearances are like the appearance of forms and so on as objects, like the appearance of hair strands due to the power of cataracts. Due to the power of ignorance, they merely appear as non-existent, but they are not established in either meaning or consciousness. Therefore, in the samadhi of the noble ones, the dualistic appearance disappears, so it is considered as the only wisdom without aspects. The wisdom of the Buddha is also considered as the only Dharmakaya, free from the defilement of aspects, and some, such as Gyen Khenpo Sher Jung Sbeba, consider the body and activities of the two form bodies as the other appearance of those to be tamed. The noble Asanga and Shantipa and others consider the Dharmakaya to be non-conceptual wisdom without aspects, and in the subsequent pure worldly wisdom, various appearances of pure body and activities arise, and although it is a mistake with appearances in relation to non-conceptual wisdom, it is not a very big mistake, because it has abandoned the two obscurations, and because it does not arise from the causes of ignorance, and because it knows that the appearance is false, and because it arises from the continuum of the accumulation of merit. The former consider the appearance to be a false appearance without defilement, and the latter consider the appearance to be a false appearance with defilement, so the wise ones think. This was given in response to a question asked by Kachuwa Yonten Gyaltsen. May there be auspiciousness! Reply from Geshe Senge Gyaltsen. Reply from Geshe Senge Gyaltsen. Geshe Senge Gyaltsen's letter has arrived. The meaning of your questions is roughly what you yourself understand. A detailed explanation is not helpful in writing alone, it must be known from speech. Initially, the Bodhisattva vows, the lama abides in the vows and is skilled, and should be taken from one who is capable. As it is said, it is necessary to take it from a lama who possesses the qualities. Later, if the root downfall is incurred and deteriorated, according to the Bodhisattva Grounds and the Twenty Verses on Vows, the vows should be taken again.
