The prohibition of the five desirable qualities in other Sutras refers to the prohibition for the Shravakas and others who do not fully understand the nature of the five desirable qualities and have inferior faculties. However, for the Bodhisattvas who fully understand the nature of the five desirable qualities and have superior faculties, there is no prohibition, and they are even allowed again. As it is said in the "Inquiry of Kashyapa," "Just as the impure waste of the city's inhabitants is beneficial to the sugarcane fields, similarly, the filth of the Bodhisattva's afflictions is beneficial for accomplishing the Buddha's Dharma." It is also said in the "Vajra Garland," "Because there is both prohibition and practice, abandoning the distinction between what can and cannot be done, just as the lotus relies on mud, knowing the essence, the garment is not stained." The benefits of conduct are threefold: obtaining great bliss in the state of fruition, abandoning the ordinary body, and obtaining common and supreme accomplishments. Not having obtained great bliss in the state of fruition, it is said in the "Compendium of Practices," "To obtain the fruit of unsurpassed great bliss, there is no other practice. For this purpose, through the pleasures of food, dwelling, and so on, one can manifest the omniscient one who possesses the eight powers of virtue and so on." Abandoning the ordinary body, it is said in the "Vajra Garland," "From the differentiation of the manifestation of self-nature, then diligently engage in conduct, completely abandoning the body of karma, one will be able to obtain the Vajra body." Having obtained all accomplishments, it is also said in the "Seventh Chapter," "Through unbearable asceticism and difficult practices, even if taught, it will not be accomplished. Enjoying all desires, relying on them, one will quickly be accomplished." There are three ways to train in conduct: training in ordinary conduct, training in the conduct of Vidyadhara vows, and training in the conduct of the Protector's Samantabhadra. The way to train in ordinary conduct is: when enjoying food, to perform an inner fire offering with the body Vajra Samadhi, and for the other four objects, with the pride of Vajradhara, to know them as deities, mind, and emptiness. Enjoying, singing, and reciting scriptures, etc., are the speech of

Actions should be performed with the pride of Vajra Dharma. As it is said: "The body takes Vajra as food, externally holds the Vajra, and in the actions of reciting scriptures and rituals, always act as Vajra Dharma." Likewise, sleep should transform into clear light, awakened by the song of a goddess, rising as an illusory body, contemplating empowerment during bathing, and when prostrating to someone other than the Lama, do so only with body and speech, without reverence in the mind. As it is said: "Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, likewise, if one prostrates by uniting body, speech, and mind, it becomes improper." There are three disciplines for the practice of Vidyavrata: the discipline of with-elaboration, without-elaboration, and utterly without-elaboration. The discipline of with-elaboration has two aspects: the discipline of the generation stage and the completion stage. The discipline of the generation stage has five aspects: the basis of the individual, the order of manifestly gathering the assembly mandala, the order of yoga, the order of offerings, and the explanation of the definition of with-elaboration. The basis of the individual is one who has perfected conceptual yoga, desires common accomplishments, has great enjoyment but little wisdom, and is of young age. Manifestly gathering the assembly mandala has four aspects: the characteristics of the place, the gathering of the house, the arrangement of utensils, and the transformation and manifest gathering of male and female yogis. The characteristics of the place should be very secluded, away from gatherings of people, such as pleasure gardens. As the Hevajra Tantra says: "Practice in pleasure gardens and the like." As it is said. There, the gathering of the house: if there are resources, build a three-story brick house, or if there are no resources, build a strong earthen house, or build a three-tiered earthen cave. The arrangement of utensils: do not place food in the first house, place conches, lutes, musical instruments, and other offerings in the second house, and arrange twenty-one items covered with various lotus cloths in the third house. There, the transformation of male and female yogis: on those seats, twenty yoginis should all be dressed as Hevajra yoginis.
