When the wheels of the heart, throat, eyebrows, and crown are gradually filled with essence, it is said that the two grounds, four grounds, six grounds, eight grounds, ten grounds, and twelve grounds are obtained in order. In the commentary of 'Supreme Immutable,' it is also said that these Tathagata grounds are obtained by the moments of great immutable bliss arising from the attachment of wisdom. By obtaining one hundred and eighteen immutable moments, the first ground is obtained. This number is the culmination of the twelve grounds. By obtaining twenty-one thousand six hundred immutable moments, the twelve grounds are obtained, and the twelve branches will cease and transform. Thus it is said. The names and terms of these twelve grounds, in the Vajra Heart Ornament Tantra, it says: 'He is the Bhagavan yogi, the bodhicitta is clear light, the great ground of all-pervading light, like the splendor of the sun's mandala. The second is called nectar light, the excellent light is like the moon. The third is called space light, well established like space. What is the fourth ground? The vajra light edge is delightful, with the union of steadfast thought, it is well known as vajra. The fifth is called jewel light, well established in empowerment. The sixth is called lotus holder, appearing very clearly like a lotus. The dharma nature of self-nature is pure, without impurity and without complete grasping. The seventh is called action light, desiring to do the work of the Buddha. The eighth is called incomparable, there is no example for this. The ninth is called example-free, all examples are individually understood. The tenth is called wisdom light, the Buddha ground is unsurpassed. The eleventh is called all-knowing, the great ground is clear light. The twelfth knows the individual self-nature, the yoga wisdom is perfectly complete, the great ground possesses these. The Buddhas are the true meaning, the Buddhas and the Buddha dharma, the yogis and the wisdom practice.' In accordance with what is said, it is also explained in the commentary. Here, the meaning of 'essence filling the body' is like, for example, mercury that can turn gold is applied to iron, and first it is burned with fire to fix it immovably. After that, when the iron is melted, the iron and mercury become inseparable.

Just as the previous states of iron rust and mercury both disappear and turn into gold. When the body is bound by relying on mudras, the essence and the flesh and bones of the body mix without difference, the previous state of the body that produces suffering and the state of the essence both disappear, becoming the sole cause of experiencing happiness. But the physical elements do not disappear until the attainment of Buddhahood. As it is said, in the commentary on 'Supreme Unchanging': When molten iron is mixed with mercury, the iron penetrated by mercury becomes stainless, but the physical elements do not disappear. Because they are completely fused with each other, the elements are no longer the elements themselves, and mercury is no longer mercury itself, because they have completely abandoned their previous nature. Similarly, the body elements that are united with the mind are no longer the elements themselves, and the mind is no longer the mind itself, because they have no previous samsaric imprints. The second general meaning is to summarize into two. From the perspective of accomplished ones, it is summarized into the three vajras, that is, the gathering contemplation is the body vajra, because it is the yoga of accomplishing the body vajra. Holding the life force and tummo are the speech vajra, because they are the yoga of accomplishing the speech vajra. Remembrance and meditation are the mind vajra, because they are the yoga of accomplishing the mind vajra. If it is divided into four practices in terms of the method of accomplishing the wisdom body: the two of gathering contemplation are the limbs of recitation. The two of holding the life force and tummo are the limbs of close practice. Remembrance is the limb of practice. Meditation is the great practice. As it is also said in the practice sequence: Recitation has the initial ten yogas, viewed with the eyes of the wrathful deity with the wheel in the sky. Viewing with the eyes that destroy obstacles, entering the nectar path, is also the six limbs of close practice. The play of wisdom, the unchanging three of the moon, bindu, vajra, and jewel dwelling are practice. Undiminished bliss, the sole peaceful co-emergent
