Filled with clarity, the breath ceases thus. Having obtained such unchanging bliss, one obtains the second ground, the ground of the great moon of nectar light, luminous. Below that, the lower half of the navel is filled with clarity. The breath ceases thus. Having obtained such unchanging bliss, one obtains the third ground, the ground of the light of space abiding thoroughly like space. Below that, the area below the navel is filled with clarity, the breath ceases thus. Having obtained such unchanging bliss, one obtains the fourth ground, the ground of the vajra light, the mind's delight. Below that, the area below the heart is filled with clarity, and the breath ceases thus. Having obtained such unchanging bliss, one obtains the fifth ground, the ground of the jewel light abiding in manifest empowerment. Below that, the area below the heart is filled with clarity, and the breath ceases thus. Having obtained such unchanging bliss, one obtains the sixth ground, the ground of the lotus light rays, the naturally pure dharma, completely holding the stainless.
